Back in 2006, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt earned their charitable reputation when they agreed to donate a reported $4 million to children in Africa from selling photographs of baby Shiloh. Part of the donation -- about $10,000 -- went specifically to buy 72 bicycles for children in two schools in northern Namibia. In a new 'Life & Style' feature story given exclusively to PopEater, the magazine talked to children who say Angelina helped give them a better future.

Without a bicycle, some children had very difficult routes to get to school that would impair their studies and leave them struggling.

"I had to get up at 5 a.m. and leave home in the dark to get to school on time," 16-year-old student Emiliana Shikongo told Life & Style. "It made me very tired." Using a bicycle, courtesy of Jolie, takes just minutes.

"Now I can stay at school until 4 or 5 p.m. to finish my homework and still get home before dark," she said. "Now my teachers and parents are happy with my performance - already I have improved my average, and my aim is to be getting 100 percent. I know with the bicycle I can do it."

"She's a very special person, and we'll never forget her," Shikongo said of Jolie.

"I think Angelina Jolie must be a saint," said student Andreas Kristofelius, 17.

Improving their marks in school can change the lives of the Namibian students, who, with an education, could grow up to become doctors or teachers and help improve the future generations of Namibia.
"The bicycles have made a huge difference," said math teacher Daniel Kapendye. "It's become easier to motivate kids to learn and do well."

To help set up the charitable organization, Jolie reached out to former Miss Universe Michelle McLean. Together, McLean and Jolie helped send money and donations to not just schools but orphanages, soup kitchens and early-childhood-development training for teachers.

"Angelina said the donation was Shiloh's legacy to Namibia," McLean told Life & Style. "She was excited about the bicycle project. She knows vast distances prevent a large number of kids from attending school every day."

While the new swollen look could be put down to one of those temporary lip booster things, or, er, a really shiny gloss, we’re thinking not. Still, if she ever fell on her face, those suckers would help bounce her back up again.

I'm not even sure if this is true or VH1 planned this to promote Jessica Simpson's reality series, The Price of Beauty, but here goes....

Jessica Simpson is nursing a broken heart for the second time in two months after the desperately lonely 29-year-old singleton was shot down for a date by ex-husband Nick Lachey.

According to The National Enquirer’s “Gossip With Mike Walker” Column, Jessica was stunned speechless when the former 98 Degrees singer shot down her suggestion that they meet up for a drink before she left the country to begin filming her VH1 reality series, The Price of Beauty earlier this month.

Lachey parted ways with longtime girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo in June, while Simpson split from Dallas Cowboys star Tony Romo on the eve of her 29th birthday.

Enquirer spies describe the conversation between the phone conversation between the two as “awkward.”

“After about 15 minutes of pleasantries, Jessica finally got up the nerve to ask if they could get together for a drink,” a tattling tipster reveals.

“He was very to the point,” says the spy, “Jessica wasn’t prepared for it. He said he was sorry about her breakup with Tony, but getting together for a drink, dinner, or anything at all was not in the cards for him — now or ever.”

Jessica was crushed as Nick added, “It’s best to leave things as they are.”

"How did these people end up here?" is the implied question of every sex tape. Especially with the druggy romp Eric Dane (Grey's Anatomy's "Dr. McSteamy") and his wife Rebecca Gayheart filmed with beauty-queen-turned-Hollywood-madam Kari Ann Peniche.

In the video (which we edited down from a 12-minute original), we see the apparently inebriated threesome — at one point Gayheart says she needs to lay down because she's so high — lounging au naturel in the fallen beauty queen's Studio City apartment, passing around the camera and, for giggles, discussing what their porn names should be. The line between Hollywood success and failure is razor thin. The acting couple (the married in 2004) may not be at the pinnacle of the Hollywood talent heap, but they're about as successful as they could have hoped in their teenage years. Peniche, 25, probably had a similar future in mind when she was crowned Miss Teen USA in 2002, but it wasn't to be. She was stripped of her crown for posing in Playboy. Peniche tried to leverage the controversy into a career, and knocked around on the Hollywood Z-list for a while. She got engaged to Backstreet Boy Nick Aaron Carter for a minute. There were a handful of TV and film roles, but lately, a source in Hollywood tells us, she's ended up working as a madam, working the Hollywood club scene as "Tristan Bailey." Her m.o.: When horny club dudes would hit on her, she'd tell them she was seeing someone…but, she could hook them up with someone who knew some smokin' hotties-for-hire. The dudes would then be redirected back to her service, and she'd occasionally turn a trick herself.

Recently she was thrown off Dr. Drew's Celebrity Rehab (where she was being treated for sex addiction) amidst back-and-forth accusations that she punched out a cameraman, entertained unsavory drug dealer types at the Sun Valley sober house, and stole money and personal belongings from her roommate, country singer Mindy McCready. The most damning part segment: Peniche lying topless in bed reading off a credit card into a phone. (Or maybe she's just ordering out?) Oh, and a fun fact: This isnt't the first time Gayheart's been seen naked and high in a hot tub. This past June, the National Enquirer printed a 2003 photo of her in a bathtub with an unidentified woman and a crack pipe. As Dane comments while his wife gets naked with another woman again, he pays Peniche, who's facing a criminal investigation while they are not, a back-handed compliment: "You're, like, a good hang. I see you on the street tomorrow, you're one of Rebecca's friends."

UPDATE:

It didn't take long -- TMZ has learned there's already a legal war raging over the Eric Dane, Rebecca Gayheart naked threesome tape.

Legal pit bull Marty Singer, who reps Dane and Gayheart, tells us he will sue anyone who publishes the video, which he calls "a private, confidential tape."

Singer says he just spoke with third wheel Kari Ann Peniche (Miss Teen USA 2002)and asked how the tape got leaked. Her response: "I have no idea. I had nothing to do with it."

According to Fox News, Paltrow’s colleagues had secret hopes of her character being recast, or even killed in the movie.

“Gwyneth is extremely cool at work. She’s just a step above professional, too snobby,” said one insider.

Paltrow, said the source, went to great lengths to avoid her sexy costar Scarlett Johansson.

“Gwyneth is not friendly to anyone, and tends to make people feel awkward and uncomfortable,” said the mole. “She wasn’t outright rude to Scarlett, she just didn’t ever speak to her. Gwyneth went out of her way to avoid Scarlett, and they had zero contact, at Gwyneth’s choosing.

Britney Spears has been dumped by her boyfriend - because he felt under pressure to propose to her.

Agent Jason Trawick reportedly called time on their relationship after it became clear Britney - who has sons Sean Preston, three, and Jayden James, two, with ex-husband Kevin Federline - was desperate for him to commit to her.

A source told National Enquirer magazine: "It was just too fast, too soon for Jason. He didn't like the pressure Britney and her family were putting on him to put a ring on her finger. He told Britney repeatedly that he would never marry, but she refused to believe him. She thought she could change his mind by having a baby with him.

Refreshed from a recent trip to the Four Season's Puta Mita Resort in Mexico, Tori Spelling, accompanied by hubby Dean McDermott, opened up to OK! about her delicate relationship with estranged mother Candy Spelling in an exclusive interview.

"I definitely want to reconcile with my mother, but that's the wrong word," Tori confessed to OK!. "There's nothing that really happened that made us fight. It's just time, distance and media that have come between my mom and me."

Speaking to OK! at the grand opening of A Hollywood Spectacle earlier this week, Tori explained, "I just think that as long as we both keep it private from here on out, reconciliation is imminent. It will totally happen and I hope that she wants that."

Candy claimed to have e-mailed prior to missing Stella's first birthday party, but Tori was almost brought to tears as she discussed how she holds out hope for her mom to come around for her own children.

"I am proud of my kids, but I also want to make my mom proud of me. I'm still a momma's girl at the heart of the situation," Tori dished to OK!. "I look forward to the relationship that Liam and Stella will have with their grandmother one day and I'm confident that it will happen."

And if Candy calling her daughter a "middle-aged woman" was meant as a put-down, Tori doesn't seem to be taking the comment too seriously. All kidding aside, husband Dean spoke candidly about his own relationship with his now-deceased father and how he can relate to his wife's heartbreaking situation.

"I know the hurt because I have gone through it," Dean revealed. "I know what it's like to hold out hope and for it to not pan out and to get your feelings hurt again and again. After a while, at the end of the day, you really have to protect yourself and see that it's not healthy for us… Your family can cause you a lot of pain and heartache."

Watch Out Boston!!!

She was just supposed to be there for one round of auditions, but it seems that Victoria Beckham will be filling the fourth American Idol judge seat for a little while longer.

According to reports, the former Spice Girl was in Boston to judge the callbacks for contestants who were invited back for another round. Some have described her as "icy and wooden" but I guess that the people over at American Idol just don't seem to care.

Last week Posh Spice confessed to being nervous about judging, but also excited to see how her banter with judge Simon Cowell would go. Obviously it won't be as much fun as watching Paula Abdul and Simon trying to communicate, but I still think it's probably a little bit entertaining.

American Idol doesn't return for its ninth season until January, but you can be sure that we're gonna be getting constant Idol updates until then. I wonder who they're gonna get as their next celebrity judge? What if Victoria becomes like their permanent new judge? That would be crazy!

Michael Jackson has earned Â£60 million since his death.

Executors of the singer's estate claim money from a film deal and merchandising contracts has "flooded" into Michael's bank accounts since he died in June.

They predict the pop superstar will make another Â£60 million by the end of the year, and expect him to overtake Nirvana rocker Kurt Cobain and Elvis Presley - who have made Â£450 million and Â£362 million respectively from beyond the grave - as the highest-earning dead celebrity in the next 12 months.

Lawyer John Branca, who is co-executor of Michael's estate, said: "Clearly this will be a new record for estates that likely will not be broken. Elvis' estate makes Â£33million a year. This will be a bigger estate."

Branca and fellow co-executor, music executive John McClain, have put together a series of deals for commemorative coins, school supplies, a coffee-table book and a film.

They have also been retrieving funds held for Michael by anonymous creditors, thought to amount to "several million pounds", and tallying the value of the singer's property, memorabilia and art collections.

While Michael's earnings steadily increase, his older sister La Toya has spoken about her grief at her sibling's passing.

She said: "It's a very difficult moment for all of us. It's almost - you don't believe it - so you try to do the best you can by feeling his love, by helping and doing something he would want you to do."

Meanwhile, law enforcement sources claim Michael's doctor Conrad Murray had Propofol hidden in the singer's house.

Police officers found three large bottles and five smaller vials of the anaesthetic stashed in a closet in Murray's bedroom at the star's Los Angeles home.

They also believe Murray received regular shipments of the powerful drug - reportedly used to help Michael sleep, and believed to have played a part in his death - through courier service FedEx, which he then hid in other locations.

The search warrant used to raid the Las Vegas pharmacy frequented by Murray showed investigators were looking for FedEx records relating to "the purchase, transfer, receiving, ordering, delivery and storage of Propofol to Dr. Conrad Murray".

Police were also looking for credit card receipts relating to a purchase of Propofol the doctor made in May.

The new season of Dancing For Relevancy just got a little less glamorous...and a lot less crazy. That's because La Toya Jackson will not be shimmying her plastic parts after all. Earlier this week, my soul got tingly when reading about the possibility of La Toya joining the cast. But La Toya has shot those rumors down with a ping pong out of her vag (TALENT!!), because she said it wouldn't be appropriate. HA!

Toy told Access Hollywood (via Reuters), “I’ve been approached to do ‘ Dancing with the Stars.' The fact of the matter is, I won’t be doing it, simply because of the circumstances that (are) going on at the moment.”

Yes, La Toya actually got bit by the "class and taste" bug. I don't like it. HOWEVER, La Toya did go on to queef that even though she's not ready to join DWTS, she is open to judging American Idol. FUCK YES. We're finally talking real shit here. The only person who can replace a crazy is a fellow crazy. I would suggest Courtney Love, but she's permanently stuck in a Twitter-hole, so Toya is the next best option!

Butterface In A Car Accident

Baltimorean and Olympic gold medalist has been involved in a car accident.

The accident happened earlier this evening (last night) at the intersection of Calvert and Biddle Streets in downtown Baltimore.

The accident was between Phelps' vehicle and another vehicle.

One of the passengers in Phelps' car was injured.

The female driver of the other vehicle was also injured and was taken to an area hospital as a precaution.

Phelps was evaluated at the scene but did not require medical attention.

The cause of the crash has not been determined at this time.

Authorities say their investigation is ongoing.

Last night in Baltimore, Poseidon's true son and my bong's favorite swimmer, Michael Phelps, accidentally did anal with a woman's car. The police say that at around 9pm, Michael's Cadillac Escalade collided with a Honda Accord. The two cars also hit a parked car which was empty. Hos on the scene say that the accident happened, because someone ran a red light.

The lady in the Accord got a little banged up and was shuffled off the hospital. Homegirl said her head, arm and wallet was hurting. I'm joking about the wallet part. She's not going to sue (she's totally going to sue). The Associated Press added that there were two passengers in Michael's SUV and neither of them had owwies.

A Dlisted roving reporter (aka a reader named Jay) was on the scene shortly after the accident and here is his account of what happened:

Hey Michael K,

so I'm leaving my apartment tonight in my shithole city of Baltimore, when just two blocks away, I see someone has just wrecked his Escalade into a fucking PARKED car. This guy is hobbling around on the corner, looking drunk and very smug, with no shoes on and rocking a very bro-ish purple football jersey. I then realized it is the world's fastest drunkard/highard Michael Phelps. The whole time he had a stupid shit-eating grin on his face, no doubt induced by the body shots he was probably taking as he ran his Escalade into a parked car. My friend took some photos, only to have Michael Phelps get in his face and demand, "Dude. Delete that photo. DELETE THE PHOTO NOW!"

Definitely drunk, definitely shoeless, and definitely wearing a football jersey. I'm so INTO Michael Phelps right now.

Just for the record, the police say that booze was not a factor in the crash and that they didn't feel the need to drunk test Michael. Personally, if I was a police officer on the scene, I would've tested him. But I wouldn't rely on the regular "field sobriety tests" they usually do. You can't really tell with those. I would've done a Peenalyzer (aka a "Does the jizz taste like vodka" test). It works every time.

By the way, Michael was not having a Chico's kind of night. GONG! Or should I say, BONG!

MJ Is Not Buried Yet

It has been a few days since my last Michael Jackson story and while I would like to discuss whether or not the mother of Blanket is a Mexican nurse named Helena there isn't really much to discuss. You either believe her story or you don't and you move on. However, there is actually something we can discuss and that is the fact that Joe Jackson has said Michael isn't buried yet. Earlier this week there were reports that Michael was buried and Joe says that just isn't true. I could have told you it wasn't true. Do you really think it would be just some quiet thing where people were told after the fact? Joe couldn't sell t-shirts if no one knew it was going on. In an interview with E!, Joe also said that he supports the idea of moving Neverland to Las Vegas so all Michael's fans can visit him there.

Can I tell you what I think is going to happen? I have discussed with others and they think I am crazy but I think they will move Neverland or have some kind of exhibit in Las Vegas featuring Michael. That Sony movie that is going to be released soon will be available to watch there in a special theatre and they will sell DVD's of it. I think there will be a type of Graceland experience without maybe actually moving all of Neverland. Now, what is missing at Graceland? The tomb of Elvis is at Graceland and his mom and dad, but you don't get to see a body. How much extra would you pay to see Elvis's body? They charge you one price to get into Graceland and then you can add a whole bunch of extras. How much extra do you think Michael Jackson fans would pay to see his embalmed body? Yep. I think that is why they haven't buried it yet. There is not going to be another autopsy. There is no reason not to bury it, but they haven't. The reason? I think they are deciding how to make money off the body.

Oh, and don't think that just putting it in Berry Gordy's crypt is burying it because it isn't. I will give up on this idea when someone tells me he is buried in the ground. Other than that I think the Jackson family is perfectly content selling tickets to see Michael's body. For an extra $100 you can have your picture taken next to it and a souvenir key chain that plays ABC. A beating by Joe Jackson is optional.

The recently estranged pair are set to go head-to-head with rival fly-on-the-wall documentaries on ITV2. Katie, aka Jordan, has already had her own show commissioned for the channel after setting up her own television production company, Pricey Media.

Now Peter is in talks with ITV2 for his own series to rival his ex's after impressing them with a one-off documentary that goes on air on Monday night. He has stuck with CAN — the production company that made all of the couple's previous reality series — to make Going It Alone, a 90-minute special about how he's been dealing with their split.

We're told: “ITV2 liked it so much they want to commission a series with Pete, and are in talks with CAN. They already have a close working relationship after CAN's Katie And Peter: Stateside series, which was a big hit on ITV2. Obviously Katie's programme being on the same channel adds some spice, and it will be interesting to see who does best in the ratings.

“The way they've been attacking each other in the media recently, they won't be holding back with rival TV shows.”

Katie set up Pricey Media with former ITV executive Mark Wagman, and filming has already begun on the imaginatively titled What Katie Did Next. It will follow her as she copes with the aftermath of her marriage breakdown.

Mark said: “All the sides of Katie's life will be covered, good and bad, but you will also see a softer side to her. This isn't part of the PR battle, it is a very honest account of her life moving forward.”

The surrogate mother of Michael Jackson’s seven-year-old son Blanket is a Mexican nurse named Helena.

As several people come forward to claim parenthood over the King of Pop’s three children, the Mirror has discovered the truth behind the birth of his youngest.

Despite rumours about who fathered the boy, we can reveal Jackson is his biological dad.

Blanket, real name Prince Michael Jackson II, was born on February 21, 2002 at the Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa, near San Diego in Southern California.

Now it can be revealed his mother was a pretty latino nurse who Jackson personally selected. Jacko paid Helena a $20,000 surrogacy fee to have his child and lavished her with gifts, generous expenses and staff to see to her needs.

Her identity has been a secret since Blanket was born. On his birth certificate Michael Joseph Jackson is identified as the father but the line for “Name of Mother” is left blank.

The child was conceived through IVF. Jacko donated his sperm for the procedure.

An unknown woman, also chosen for her gene pool, was the egg donor – effectively making her Blanket’s biological mother.

The woman was paid a mere $3,500 for her contribution and signed legal papers handing over all rights to the child. Her identity is an even bigger secret within the Jackson family.

It is unlikely she was even told that her eggs were involved in Blanket’s birth.

A close friend of Jackson’s told the Mirror: “Michael wanted a designer baby. He had two wonderful children but wanted one more and was quite specific on the gene pool he wanted to tap into.” Jackson approached IVF specialist Dr Lila Schmidt at the beginning of 2001 when Prince was three and Paris was two.

It has been claimed that Debbie Rowe, the mother of the two eldest children, had medical complications following Paris’s birth which forced Jacko to look elsewhere for a mother.

Helena was one of a string of women presented to the star as possible surrogates. He reviewed several profiles which included photos, full background checks and family history.

Jacko decided on Helena, who lived on the outskirts of San Diego at the time, and after meeting her was convinced she was perfect.

The friend told the Mirror: “He chose Helena because she had a latino background but she was also a US citizen and had quite fair skin.

“He liked her because she was very attractive and seemed stable and intelligent. She was a nurse or medical assistant, which he also liked.

“She was around 5ft 4ins, slim, aged around 30 and had long, dark, straight hair. He said she was strait-laced, almost a girl next door type.

“There were no dramas with her. She knew what she had to do and got on with it.”

Despite Jacko’s careful selection over the surrogate mum, little of her genetic attributes will have been passed on to Blanket. Dr Schmidt, who is bound by confidentiality rules but can talk in general terms, said: “The surrogate is the carrier of the baby. The biological mom is the egg donor.

“The surrogate has no connection to the child. It’s not their kid. On the birth certificate you can say whoever you want. That’s why you hire anattorney. The birth certificate can say Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse but there might not be any genetic relationship to the child.”

While Jacko was keen for Helena to be well looked after, the friend said “He kept his distance. She didn’t have a chaperone or any kind of handler watching her every move or anything like that.”

The friend added that Helena agreed to the surrogacy because she needed the money to send back to her family in Mexico.

“She was a lovely person and told Michael the money would help her family out,” said the friend.

“Michael rang her a few times during the pregnancy to make sure everything was OK.

“He had a picture of Helena which he showed to close friends. But he never discussed whether he’d ever tell Blanket about his mom.”

Dr Maria Castillo is the medic who delivered Blanket and is named on the birth certificate.

She recalled the delivery at Grossmont hospital was a success but says Jackson was not present.

Dr Castillo said: “There was an attorney at the birth. He took the baby away immediately after delivery. I didn’t know who the baby belonged to when I delivered the child.

“I was later told by a nurse at Grossmont that the woman had named the baby Prince Michael Jackson, and I said wow, I guess they like their rock stars. Maybe she likes Prince and Michael Jackson or something.

“It never occurred to me it was Michael Jackson’s baby.”

Dr Schmidt added: “Michael Jackson wasn’t at the delivery but in order to get that kid out of the hospital there has to be a court order in place.”

It is believed the attorney then whisked the baby up to the star’s Neverland ranch.

The friend said: “Michael was thrilled. He was so excited and said Blanket was a good-looking kid. He had nurses and a nanny at the ranch to make sure the baby was cared for properly.

“But he was also a hands-on dad and didn’t mind changing diapers himself.”

TV producer Gary Pudney recalls that just days later, Jackson proudly introduced him to Blanket.

Pudney said: “Michael told me, ‘I have something to show you, Gary.’

“And he went in the back of the trailer into the little bedroom and brought out this little blanket that had something in it. And it was the baby.”

He added that Jackson never told him who Blanket’s mother was and he never asked.

Blanket was introduced to the world aged 11 months in Germany – immediately at the centre of a media storm after his superstar father dangled him perilously over a balcony rail at a hotel.

Over the years Jackson couldn’t keep his story straight about Helena’s identity.

He told Martin Bashir in the controversial 2003 documentary Living with Michael Jackson: “We have an agreement that we can’t talk about.

We have a contractual agreement, who she is and everything, that’s how we worked that out.”

Bashir asked if it was someone Jackson had had a relationship and the singer replied: “Yes.”

But in the same documentary Jackson completely contradicted himself, saying. “I used a surrogate mom, my own sperm cells. She doesn’t know me, I don’t know her.”

With his older brother and sister, Blanket, at least for now, is in the custody of Jackson’s mother Katherine, just as his father wanted.

Even if Blanket’s surrogate mother or the egg donor were to come forward, legal experts say they would almost certainly have no claim to him.

Sam the koala, who became an international icon of hope after the Aussie bush fires, has gone off to the great big eucalyptus forest in the sky. I know, it's okay to loudly wail in your cubicle. Sam died during surgery. Doctors were trying to remove cysts caused by chlamydia. Apparently, chlamydia affects nearly 50% of the koala population. WAIT. Was Parasite Hilton in Australia recently? Close your borders to all Hiltons, Australia. Think of the koalas. :(

During the aftermath of the bush fires, Sam was found badly burned and suffering from a bad case of the thirsties. A fireman offered her a drink from a bottle of water and that beautiful moment was captured by a camera. It made its way around the internets and made all of us with dead hearts feel emotion again. Sam taught us how to feel things again!

Australia's Prime Minister Kevin Rudd mourned Sam today and said, "The symbol of hope for so many people around the world was the great picture of that wonderful koala being fed water by one of our firefighters. I think that gave the people of the world a great sense of hope that this country, Australia, could come through those fires, as we have. Sam the Koala was part of the symbolism of that, and it's tragic that Sam the koala is no longer with us."

Katie Holmes will make one more movie before she has another child.

The Hollywood actress, who has a three-year-old daughter Suri with husband Tom Cruise, is desperate to star in a box office hit before she expands her family.

A source said: "Katie was resentful about having to put movies on hold after Suri. She wants another hit before she has a second baby."

Katie's last film 'Mad Money' failed to impress at the box office when it was released in 2008. The crime comedy, also starring Queen Latifah and Diane Keaton, only managed to match its estimated $22 million budget when its cinema run ended.

The 30-year-old star is currently on location in Australia filming horror movie 'Don't Be Afraid of the Dark' alongside Guy Pearce.

Katie recently insisted she believes it is possible to be a good mother and have a successful career.

She said: "I happen to be a woman who believes she can have it all. We women can do an awful lot if we put our minds to it. And not only that, we can have fun doing it! Even when it's crazy - which is pretty much most of the time - it's fun. At least, that's been my experience.

"It's a good combination for me and Tom - work and family, a healthy balance."

Wanting what's best for his children.
"Would it bother me if a child of mine turns out to be gay? No, not one bit. Listen, I want my kids to live the lives they want to live. I want them to be fulfilled. I hope I teach my kids to be who they really are."

Why he won't marry Angelina Jolie.
"I have love in my life, a soul mate--absolutely. When someone asked me why Angie and I don't get married, I replied, 'Maybe we'll get married when it's legal for everyone else.' I stand by that, although I took a lot of flak for saying it--hate mail from religious groups. I believe everyone should have the same rights. They say gay marriage ruins families and hurts kids. Well, I've had the privilege of seeing my gay friends being parents and watching their kids grow up in a loving environment."

The right to love.
"Man, I resent people telling others how to live! It drives me mental! Just the other night, I heard this TV reverend say that Angie and I were setting a bad example because we were living out of wedlock, and people should not be duped by us! It made me laugh. What damn right does anyone have to tell someone else how to live if they're not hurting anyone? How many times do you think real love comes to someone in a lifetime? If you're lucky, maybe two or three."

Knowing real love.
"Do you know how you tell real love? It's when someone else's interest trumps your own. I like to put it that way: trumps your own. Love of somebody else--of family, of your kids--becomes the most important, most worthwhile thing in your life. It's what you foster and protect. You have to recognize real love when it's there and know that in going after it there is always risk. To live with love, you have to chance losing it. That's also true when you decide to have kids. It's the risk you take for love."

Lessons learned.
"As I've gotten older I've become aware that time is fleeting. I don't want to waste whatever I have left. I want to spend it with the people I love, and I want to do things that really mean something."

Admitting his fears.
"Angie's mom died a couple of years ago of cancer. I haven't had to face a lot of death. I'm untried in that way, and I don't know how I will deal with it. My real fear at this point is the safety and health of Angie and the kids. The fear of losing them is what keeps me up at night."

Owning up to his biggest role.
"I don't know who or what is meant to be in my life, but this is certainly where I want to be. Here with them. I think this is the pinnacle. Even as I'm bound to this thing, in a way I'm freer than I've ever been."

Becoming a family man.
"My life has been about big changes. It's always been that way. When I go down a path, I take it to the end. Then I take another one. I took the path of not having kids--now it's time for family. Children are a dominant value in my life now, and they weren't before. They were always something I thought I'd get around to having when the time was right. It wasn't what I was really seeking. In a way, I think I had to go and exhaust me before I could be good at being a parent. This family is full of life! There are laughs, aggravations, irritations, but at the end of the day, it's fun. When life is really good, it's messy."

His early days in Hollywood.
"I liked to smoke a bit of grass at the time, and I became very sheltered. Then I got bored. I was turning into a damn doughnut, really. So I moved as far away from that as I could. I was done. In Missouri, where I come from, we don't talk about what we do--we just do it. If we talk about it, it's seen as bragging."

Building his dream house.
"This was my first architectural experience where I tried doing something myself. It is something I wanted to do for decades. This is like play to me. It's the only thing that can take me away from any problems I may have. After a few years of work, it came out so nice. Now I've got so many damn kids, it's the only place we could all fit in. We're double-bunking rooms as it is."

About the secret stone grotto behind the waterfall in his pool...
"[It's] a great place for sex."

Raising an international family.
"I travel a lot. I don't feel restless, I just like to travel. I like to see it all. We're trying to spend more time in the South of France, because our kids have a more normal life there. I don't believe there is any way around our kids being international. So we have projects in each of their respective countries, and we put a big emphasis on their learning their native languages."

His foreign fantasy.
"I wish there had been an emphasis on learning a foreign language where I grew up. It frustrates the hell out of me. I've studied French. I don't speak it. I'm working on it. It's real slow going. Oh, how I suffer! Those synapses never formed! They're dry-docked for good!"

Some of you may twitch at the name “Daniel Edwards”. He’s an artist/sculptor of the “celebrity shock” variety. He seems to use celebrity images exclusively to create some kind of pseudo-political-cultural message. Like his “Monument to Pro-Life” which featured a pregnant Britney Spears on her knees on a bearskin rug, giving birth. Or the “Oprah Sarcophagus”, which Edwards claimed he made to raise awareness about baby boomers’ health care needs. Daniel has done many more, which you can see here and here.

His latest work features none other than Angelina Jolie. According to the reports, the sculture was inspired by last year’s W Magazine cover, with Brad Pitt photographing Angelina Jolie breastfeeding one of their newborn twins. The sculpture features a nude Angelina, simultaneously breastfeeding two babies against each breast. The sculpture will debut in Norman, Oklahoma in the second week of September, all as part of World Breastfeeding Week.

The former Spice Girl begins filming the new series this week after fellow judge Simon Cowell got her on board.

Posh has agreed to guest in at least two episodes and will make an estimated £155,000.

Pop star-turned-fashion designer Victoria, 35, will join Cowell, Randy Jackson and songwriter Kara DioGuardi for the series which begins tomorrow.

A source told the Mirror: “Victoria is hugely flattered as this is one of the highest profile gigs in America.

“It really is a big deal. Her husband David may be getting a bit of stick at the moment but Victoria’s profile Stateside has never been higher. Network bosses would love to give her the job full-time and it looks like it’s there for her if she wants it.

“But at the moment, Victoria’s main priority is fashion. She doesn’t really need any distractions.

“She has also been back at New York fashion week in September to launch her 2010 collection.

“However, Victoria’s appearance on American Idol is sure to provide a massive ratings boost in the UK so, really, everyone’s a winner.”

Candy Spelling needs a shot of Lithium in her tongue, because she is bipolar as fuck. Last week, Candy sent off an open rant to TMZ about how Tori is a middle-aged reality TV whore blah blah blah oink blahz snort blahz. TMZ must have stopped returning her cries of crazy, because this week, she ran off to USA Today and had this message for her daughter: "I love you, and I always will." Candy, do not drag Dolly Parton into your mess!

Candy went on to yap that she wrote the letter to TMZ, because she didn't like how she was portrayed on Tori's reality show. Candy also said why she never talks to Tori, "My daughter doesn't like the telephone. She doesn't answer. I text her. I have left messages. I've looked for her at the trough. I've e-mailed her, and she doesn't respond." And she went on, "It could be years of disappointment. Maybe someday she'll get it. She's my daughter. RYAN O’NEAL’s son GRIFFIN has launched a blistering attack on his estranged father, alleging the actor was angry with late partner FARRAH FAWCETT for having cancer because it "diverted attention" away from him.

The 44-year-old actor, whose mother was late actress Joanna Moore, believes the Love Story star used his battle with leukaemia for sympathy after he was diagnosed with the deadly illness in 2001.
And Griffin insists his dad was furious when his partner Farrah Fawcett was struck down with anal cancer in 2006 because it shifted attention from him.

Speaking to U.S. talk show host Larry King, Griffin recalls, "I remember when she was diagnosed with cancer and my dad got upset and he goes, ‘No, I’m dying. You’re not dying. I’m dying.’ And I said, ‘Well, dad, that sounds a little selfish because you’re in remission. You have been in remission for years now.’" Host King then asked Griffin to clarify the statement, asking if the elder O’Neal was "mad" at the Charlie’s Angels actress for "having cancer", to which he replied, "Yes, because the attention was diverted to Farrah. He didn’t like that. (He’s an) absolute complete narcissist in every way." Griffin went on to accuse his father of staying with Fawcett in the last days of her life to ensure he was included in her will.

And he predicts that Ryan will now cling to his son Redmond, his only child with Fawcett, who the actress left her entire estate to.
Griffin adds, "I think they (Ryan and Redmond) are probably going to get a lot closer now, since Redmond has all the money. Yes, they are close but for reasons that are ill. Ill reasons."

Michael Douglas’ son Cameron has been arrested in New York for possessing crystal meth with intent to distribute it, law enforcement sources told the New York Post this evening.

The 30-year-old struggling actor was said to have half pound of the drug (approx. worth: $18 000) on July 28 by a DEA task force as part of a undercover operation. He was taken into custody today.

It’s not his first drug arrest. He was found in a car with a syringe full of liquid cocaine in 2007.

Mark Wahlberg has finally made it official! The actor and his longtime girlfriend, model Rhea Durham, tied the knot on Saturday, PEOPLE has confirmed.

The couple, who have three children – Ella Rae, 5, Michael, 3, and 10-month-old Brendan Joseph – were married Saturday in an intimate and romantic ceremony attended by their children and about 12 close friends and family at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Beverly Hills.

Wahlberg wore a dark suit and the bride a white strapless dress with silver embroidery. "She looked like a princess and beyond stunning. Mark looked ecstatic," says an eyewitness shortly after the ceremony, which lasted for about 45 minutes. The church was decorated with candles and pink and light purple roses.

The groom-to-be, 38, spent a quiet pre-wedding moment alone at the church Friday afternoon. Wahlberg, looking happy and relaxed, sat down in the front row before returning home to his Beverly Hills home for a small gathering.

Wahlberg revealed earlier this year his plans to wed Durham, 31. "We're talking about August," he told PEOPLE. At the time, he had yet to decide whether he would marry in his Boston hometown. "It will be in a Catholic church somewhere."

As for adding more children to their brood? "I'm the youngest of nine," Wahlberg said, adding that the final count will be "however many Mom wants to have."

Wahlberg, who is the executive producer of HBO's hit show Entourage, will next star in the Peter Jackson-directed feature film The Lovely Bones opposite Rachel Weisz, in theaters on December 11.

MJ Custody Deal: Joe Moves Out

When the custody deal for Michael Jackson’s kids is filed tomorrow in Los Angeles Family Court, it will spell the end of Joseph Jackson living at the family’s home.

Part of the deal made by Debbie Rowe, the mother of the two eldest children, is that Joseph is gone for good from the Hayvenhurst Avenue, Encino, compound that he bought in the 1970s.

Rowe—as noted before—will allow Katherine Jackson to be the official guardian of the children for the time being. It was Rowe who suggested that a psychologist be involved in her meetings with the kids, Prince—whom she calls Michael—and Paris, while she gets to know them.

Rowe, who has a degree in psychology, is concerned, her friends say, that the kids not be manipulated or ”spun” after their meetings.

Rowe, they say, hopes to meet with Katherine Jackson immediately this week, and perhaps schedule the first the session with the kids before the end of this week.

It’s interesting to note that in the three years she was married to Michael Jackson, stayed at Neverland, and gave birth to two children whom his parents believed were his, Rowe never met Katherine or most of Michael’s siblings.

Rowe, by the way, receives no remuneration—no more money—from Jackson’s estate other than existing agreements from 2006.
She’ll have several things in her favor with the kids, who are of an age to understand a lot. Rowe has only been supportive and complimentary of Michael Jackson in interviews and statements. She came to his aid twice in the child molestation case, literally saving him in her testimony in 2005. She’s never sold an interview (except about her horses), or cashed in on Jackson’s scandals.

As for Joe Jackson, Rowe’s lawyers made his absence from the children a non-negotiable part of the custody arrangement. There will be no more talk of Joe the manager trotting out his grandkids as “the Jackson Three” or anything else like that.

Jude Law Faces Big Payout

Jude Law is facing an expensive paternity payout after it was revealed he is having a baby with an American model.

The 36-year-old actor, currently starring in Hamlet in the West End, is to become a father for the fourth time after a fling with Samantha Burke, it was confirmed last night.

Ms Burke, 24, from Pensacola, Florida, told the star that she is expecting his daughter on 6 October. He is said to have requested a DNA test to confirm the paternity bombshell.

Today her lawyers issued a statement confirming the reports.

It stated: “Ms Burke can confirm that she did in fact have a relationship with Mr Law and that she has informed Mr Law that she is expecting his child.

“Since informing Mr Law of the pregnancy, he has been nothing but responsive and supportive of Ms Burke and the pregnancy.”

Peter Andre accepted substantial undisclosed libel damages today over a claim that he made inappropriate sexual advances to a Jordan lookalike while still with wife Katie Price.

The 36-year-old singer was at London's High Court for the settlement of his action over a story which appeared in The People in May.

His solicitor, Mike Brookes, told Mr Justice Eady: "These allegations were very upsetting and offensive to Mr Andre, as they are untrue."

He added that MGN Ltd had apologised and agreed to pay Mr Andre damages and his legal costs.

Afterwards, Mr Andre said: "This story has led to a lot of speculation about whether I was faithful to my estranged wife, which even led her to mention it on a breakfast television show last week.

"I have never been unfaithful to my wife, not with this girl or with anyone else.

"I'm pleased that the Sunday People have now accepted that their story was untrue and hurtful to myself.

"I also need to add that if anyone slanders my name, I will not hesitate in taking action against them.

"Now hopefully this will bring these rumours and lies to an end and let me move on with my life."

He added: "When things are untrue, I have to take action. I've not only got an estranged wife, I've got kids as well."

Mr Brookes told the court that the article was said to represent an account of a brief meeting between Mr Andre and Shira Jones at the Movida club in London last December, while he was still together with Ms Price.

In particular, it alleged that he made inappropriate sexual advances to Ms Jones shortly after meeting her.

The solicitor said all that happened was that Mr Andre was introduced to Ms Jones, allowed her friend to photograph them together and then spoke to her very briefly.

MGN now accepted that the allegations were untrue and Mr Andre did not in any way behave inappropriately when he met Ms Jones.

Its solicitor, Sarah Toolan, said: "The defendant wishes to apologise to Mr Andre and is joining in the making of this statement in the hope that it will assist in setting the record straight."

The rapper has released a track called 'The Warning', which blasts the 'Fantasy' singer and her husband Nick Cannon, and threatens to expose the brief relationship they had in 2001 by making public intimate pictures and voice mail messages.

The song comes after Mariah appeared to dress up as Eminem in the music promo for 'Obsessed', in which she said he was "delusional" for hinting they had slept together in his track 'Bagpipes from Baghdad'.

Michael Jackson’s mother will get full custody of his three children, and Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of the two oldest children will get visitation rights but no additional money, NBC News learned Thursday.

As reported by NBC News’ Jeff Rossen, the children — Prince Michael, Paris, and Prince Michael II, nicknamed Blanket — will live with Jackson’s 79-year-old mother, Katherine. Debbie Rowe will have visitation rights as the biological mother of the two oldest children. The identity of Blanket’s surrogate mother has never been revealed.

“Sources say, it was Debbie Rowe who decided the kids are better off staying with Katherine and the Jackson family,” Rossen reported. “Both sides will submit this deal to a judge on Monday morning for approval.”

Rossen also reported that Prince and Paris have been told that Rowe is their biological mother. Her initial visits with them will be attended by a child psychologist, Rossen reported.

Timur Bekmambetov Explains How Angelina Jolie Could Be In Wanted 2
So Wanted ended with a pretty final resolution for Angelina Jolie's character. But she's supposedly coming back for the sequel. We asked director Timur Bekmambetov how she could return, and his answer was as simple as curving a bullet.

So yes, Fox shot herself (and a ton of other people) in the head at the end of Wanted. But that doesn't mean she can't return, says Bekmambetov:
We are working hard to wake her up. She was deadly wounded. The bullet's still there (in her head), and now it's a process of how to wake her up. There has to be a reason for that. We survive if we have a reason to live. She decided [to shoot herself], it's her decision. And now we are trying to figure out what's the motivation for her to resurrect. It's happening. I think we will make it happen.

So they're not undoing the gunshot wound to the head, or showing her in flashbacks, or bringing her forward in time or anything. Instead, they're sticking to the gonzo anything-can-happen, power-of-the-human-mind spirit of the original, by having her recover from a deadly bullet wound through sheer will power. Which, really, is as it should be.

Timur Bekmambetov was doing interviews for his stitchpunk movie 9, but we'll have plenty more on that later.

During the Comic-Con panel for the upcoming "stitchpunk" computer-animated film 9, producer Timur Bekmambetov talked briefly about the follow-up to his last film, the violent action film Wanted. "Yes, I think it's coming," Bekmambetov said. "We're working hard to be ready to shoot in a few months."
The original Wanted was released in 2008 and grossed more than $134 million at the domestic box office. When asked whether the film would reunite original stars James McAvoy and Angelina Jolie, Bekmambetov deftly revealed, "James McAvoy will be in the movie, and he will try to wake up our Fox."

Jolie's character died at the end of the first film, but when asked where Fox currently resides, Bekmembetov said evasively, "She's in a bath with wax," referring to the healing baths which the characters took in the first film to repair themselves after so much gun-toting mayhem.

It isn't often that I find an article that is just full of juice and a really good read, but over the weekend, The Daily Mail had a great article about John Travolta and an interview with Rick Ross who thinks John Travolta might be leaving the Church Of Scientology.

"There have been strong rumors coming out of Scientology that John Travolta is disappointed that the religion was not able to help his son more. It's led him to question his faith."

Ross goes on to say that Travolta is really upset that the church wants him to spend time on an e-meter machine because they want to see if Travolta or any member of his family might have been negative influences on Jett and whether those negative influences caused him to die.

Yeah, that would pretty much tick me off too. Ross says that if Travolta leaves the church he will do so quietly and that he probably wouldn't speak out about them because of the information they would use against him. The Mail then goes into great detail about all of the homosexual rumors that have ever dogged Travolta and it is a very in depth and even had some information I didn't know. One of the rumors was from a Time Magazine article who are not known for printing untruths. That article was an interview with a former member of the church who said, "that the Church's leader, David Miscavige, had repeatedly joked about Travolta's promiscuous homosexual behavior".

Redmond O'Neal Will Fund Father's Future Meth Purchases

Details of Farrah Fawcett's will have surfaced and reports indicate that the 70's television icon left her entire estate to her son, Redmond, and nothing for her longtime partner Ryan O'Neal.

The actress updated her will in 2007, after learning her cancer has spread into her liver. The majority of the actress's nearly $6 million estate was placed in a trust fund for her 24 year old son.

The Daily Mail reports, "Farrah appointed two trustees to make sure the money supports her son's journey into sobriety rather than giving him the means to destroy himself. Redmond's inheritance will be tightly controlled." O'Neal (who is also Redmond's Father) will not be one of the trustees.

Redmond, Fawcett's only child, has struggled with both drug and alcohol addictions. He is currently serving time in a Los Angeles jail, on drug-related charges. Once he is released, he will get a monthly allowance from the fund as well as money to buy a home.

Ryan O'Neal said last week, "I loved her so very, very much. Redmond is in the fight of his life but is doing well. I will do everything that is in my power to honor her memory and to protect our son."

Fawcett, who died on June 25, also left some money to the University of Texas which was her alma mater.

The L.A. coroner's official toxicology report on Michael Jackson is due any day now and it may be what investigators need to charge his personal doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, with manslaughter. Dr. Murray has been the focus of a manslaughter investigation, because investigators believe that he's the one who gave Michael Jackson the deadly dose of Propofol. The police believe this, because apparently, Dr. Dumb Fuck admitted it two days after Michael's death. That's what TMZ claims anyway.

An LAPD source told them that Dr. Murray regularly gave Michael Propofol to help him sleep. And I thought I was hardcore by taking a Tylenol PM with a shot of whiskey to help me go off to dreamland.

The day Michael died, Dr. Murray gave him an IV drip of the powerful anesthesia. Dr. Murray did it without monitoring Michael by an EKG which apparently is a huge no-no in the medical community. The police source went on to say that they believe Dr. Murray even took a little nap while administering the drug. When he woke up, Michael was already dead from heart failure.

LAWD! Did Dr. Murray buy his license from the internet? I bet he graduated first in his class from Dr. Sandeep Kapoor's School of Medicine.

Katie Holmes narrowly avoided serious injury after a car caught fire on a movie set.

The actress, who is currently on location in Australia filming 'Don't Be Afraid of the Dark', was reportedly shooting a scene in the vehicle when the battery exploded last weekend.

Katie was left shaken after dashing from the car just before it burst into flames.

A source said: "Katie was inside a car when the vehicle's battery exploded - it was sparking smoke and fumes before the car then caught fire.

"The exploding battery was not a part of the film."

In 'Don't Be Afraid of the Dark' - a remake of a 1973 TV movie - Katie plays a woman who is stalked by wicked gnomes.

Katie - who is married to Tom Cruise - has previously revealed she is excited about working on the new film.

She said: "I'm really enjoying it. The movie is really character-driven. It's really her journey becoming a mother. In the midst of that, there are unexpected scares."

With his death now sinking in as a reality fans and the music industry are looking for a successor to his throne, and one man feels he has found it.

Since he first burst onto the scene in 2004 Kanye West has been one of the most influential and best-selling music artists in the world. With such smashes as ‘Jesus Walks’, ‘Gold Digger’, and ‘Flashing Lights’, West’s impact on the music scene has been enormous. Though hugely popular, few would compare his success to the success Michael Jackson enjoyed in his early days. Amongst those few is West himself who has declared himself the successor to Jackson’s legacy and the new ‘King of Pop’.

“You know everyone loves and respects Michael but times change. It’s so sad to see Michael gone but it makes a path for a new King of Pop and I’m willing to take that on. There’s nobody who can match me in sales and in respect so it only makes sense for me to take over Michael’s crown and become the new King,” said West. “First there was Elvis, then there was Michael, now in the 21st century its Kanye’s time to rule. I have nothing but respect for Michael but someone needs to pick up where he left off and there’s nobody better than me to do that. I am the new King of Pop.”

Jackson earned the nickname ‘King of Pop’ after a comment from Elizabeth Taylor. Officially there is no monarchy for music of any kind and hence no line of succession.

“Monarchies can pass to non-blood relatives but only in very rare circumstances. In the case of musical monarchies it is really just a marketing title and has nothing to do with a ruling class or managing people or organizational structures. There really isn’t a need to declare anyone else the new King because it isn’t a real position but I guess if West wants to claim the title then all power to him,” said Scrape TV Entertainment analyst Tracey Temple. “It is a little soon to claim that title and that may irritate a few people. It’s not like the people will revolt and the kingdom will collapse if someone isn’t right there to pick up the sceptre and continue the rule. I’m sure the Jackson family won’t be too happy with the news.”

West has reportedly tried to make contact with members of the Jackson clan to obtain official permission to use the title but has thus far received no response. It is believed the family is mourning the death of their loved one and have given little thought to the line of succession.

West made his declaration in an all caps statement issued to all major media outlets.

Pop singer Pink, who has never been one to shy away from controversy, has walked into another storm by claiming that Christina Aguilera eyes out women and told her herself once that she wouldn't mind a fling with American actress Lindsay Lohan.

"You know she said something like, 'I could get it on with her any time', and you just so knew she meant it." Singer Pink was quoted saying.

Lindsay Lohan has shrugged off the remark but some say the remark has left the door open. "She knows where I Iive", Lohan's reportedly joked.

But sources close to Aguilera have laughed off the comment.

L.A. District Attorney Gets First Shot At Prosecuting Dr. Murray

The Los Angeles District Attorney will get first shot at bringing criminal charges against Dr. Conrad Murray, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Even though Dr. Murray is being investigated by multiple agencies – and could face charges from all of them – the DA will go first in any prosecution, a source extremely close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

The Drug Enforcement Agency and California Attorney General are also investigating Dr. Murray and all agencies are cooperating with each other.

A search warrant was executed Wednesday on Dr. Murray’s Houston, Texas office. Jude Law attacked a woman photographer after leaving a London bar in the early hours of today.

The actor allegedly hit her on the head and slapped her in the face after she took pictures of him coming out of Automat.

The 28-year-old photographer claimed that the attack was unprovoked. She said: “He hit me full on the face, it was a real stinger, it was very sore.”

Jude Law's lawyer Graham Shear said: "This is all nonsense. Last night's incident was an accident.

"Jude was blinded by the camera flashes when he left the restaurant, raised his hand to shield himself and inadvertently struck somebody standing very close. He apologised and left. Pictures of this sort can often be misleading."

Michael Jackson's family are terrified his corpse could be kidnapped.

The family have become increasingly concerned after receiving a series of bizarre notes from fans of the late pop icon - who died of a suspected cardiac arrest last month - and are even concerned crime lords could take his body and demand payment for its return.

A source told National Enquirer magazine: "Michael's mother Katherine is probably living in fear someone will steal his body and thinks there is no place on earth her son can be safe.

"There are fears organised criminals will steal his body and try to hold it for ransom. There are a lot of desperate people out there who believe Michael's corpse would bring a king's ransom."

Although a memorial for Michael took place in Los Angeles' Staples Center on July 7, he is yet to be buried.

The Jackson family are said to be taking the risk so seriously they have enlisted a team of guards to watch over her remains.

Katherine's worry has been compounded by letters from some of Michael's fans, who are struggling to come to terms with their grief.

People have stated they want to "sleep on top of his grave to be close to him", while others have begged for strands of his hair.

There are even concerns hardcore fans could try to get their hands of Michael's body as some kind of trophy.

Another source added: "Michael had a massive following in Latin America. We've heard there's a gang plotting to fly to Los Angeles, steal the body, then take it back to their country and keep it for themselves."

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have decided to live apart following the birth of their twins, according to reports.

The acting duo, who have been married for 12 years, have apparently decided that Broderick will remain in their New York apartment, while the Sex And The City actress will move to a multi-million dollar Brooklyn home with daughters Tabitha and Marion and 6-year-old son James.

A source told Look magazine: "Sarah clearly loves Manhattan but she has three children now. It might be better for them to grow up somewhere calmer. But Matthew loves their townhouse in Manhattan because it's close to his work on Broadway."

The friend continued: "It would be a surprising decision to make so soon after the arrival of their twins. Having the babies born healthy and happy was a dream come true, so it’s strange that they might have to spend some time apart at this stage."

Just when you thought that perhaps the day was going to end in kind of a meh way, along comes Dina Lohan to look ridiculous. Last night she was at some event and OK! Magazine managed to get two coherent sentences out of her before something kicked in and she started some kind of random makes no sense kind of thing.

The great thing about Dina is that even when she is speaking coherently it still is such obvious crap that it makes the world fun.

How would Dina describe Lindsay in one word? “She’s a genius. Such a good heart.” I am seriously not making this up. If Lindsay is the genius in that family than, wow, Darwin has some explaining to do, because I can't imagine what idiots were in their previous generations.

As for what Lindsay really wants to do in the future other than act and beat down Sam Ronson's door for a living? “Lindsay will direct one day. She loves directing.” Well, my philosophy is that she really couldn't do any worse at directing than she has at acting so give her a shot. Of course she will only want to direct the next Transformers movie or something of that caliber for her first time out. No indies for her. Can you imagine if someone actually gave her that job? That would be like the best day ever. All the characters in the movie would be wearing leggings and have an unhealthy orange glow to them.

Now, here is where Dina gets off the rails. No, not coke rails, just the expression getting off the rails. OK! asked her about Lindsay and how she can't seem to get an acting job.

“You know what, I taught my children to love. And if you fall in love, life is about that. Family, it’s not about work. You want goals, you want it to be, but you still want someone to share that with, so it’s kind of an open ended question. We’re all living that. We’re all looking for love and someone to be with; someone to share that with. My parents have been married for 50 years, we see that and that is important. It’s work, but you want to separate it, go home and have a family. [Work] is not going to be forever.”

I think I can see where she is going but it still doesn't make any sense at all. But hey, it's Dina. Always a good time. And no, it isn't just her dates who say that.

Michael Jackson Has Fourth Child?

Michael Jackson is rumoured to have a fourth child.

Omer Bhatti, a 25-year-old Norwegian dancer, is thought to be the 'Billie Jean' singer's child from a one night stand in 1984.

Michael, who passed away last month, is said to have admitted to friends in 2004 he was his father. Omer is now believed to be seeking a DNA test to determine if he is a descendent of the 'King of Pop'.

The performer was also given a front row seat at Michael's memorial service on July 7, sitting next to the star's brothers and sisters, fuelling speculation he is related to the pop icon.

Although Omer's mother Pia and her husband Riz - who have both worked for Michael - refuse to talk about the star, Pia did tell Britain's The Sun newspaper yesterday (21.07.09): "He was the 'King of Pop'. But to us he was so much more."

Omer has also previously spoken about his special bond with the 'Thriller' singer, describing his "loyalty" in 2008.

He said at the time: "Loyalty is the most important thing for me.

"I have contact with Michael, and I think my loyalty to him is the reason we still have our contact. He is an unbelievably good human being."

Omer also lived at Jackson's Neverland ranch home for several years from 1997, and video footage exists of him unwrapping presents with Michael and playing with a toddler, believed to be one of Michael's other children - Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11 and Prince Michael II, also known as 'Blanket', seven.

The dancer was also at Neverland, in California, when police raided the property to investigate child molestation allegations in 2003.

Omer first met Michael in Tunisia in 1996 aged 12, and impressed him with his dance moves. He has since performed with the 'Smooth Criminal' singer in public and worked as a Michael tribute act across the globe.

The dancer's stepfather Riz is believed to have worked as a driver for Jackson while his mother is thought to have been a nanny.

Yesterday, Riz confirmed his stepson was in the front row for the emotional memorial concert at the Los Angeles Staples Center.

He said: "I know because I was watching. I told my wife, 'Just wait until the press see this. It's not a small thing.' Make what you like. I don't want to discuss anything."

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Actor Stephen Baldwin, brother of Emmy winner and "30 Rock" star Alec Baldwin, filed for bankruptcy in New York on Tuesday, according to a court document that says he is millions in debt.

The 43-year-old actor filed for Chapter 11 protection claiming he owes more than $2.3 million and owns a New York property valued at only $1.1 million. His wife, Kennya Baldwin, also is named in the document.

Baldwin, who has appeared in films including "The Usual Suspects" in 1995 as well as more recently in U.S. celebrity and reality television shows, owes about $1.2 million on two mortgages on the New York property and more than $1 million in taxes. He also has credit card debt, court papers showed.

A lawyer for Baldwin had no comment.

New York newspaper Newsday reported earlier this month that a homeless man who was allowed to live on Baldwin's property was arrested on heroin charges and suspected of dealing drugs.

Police told the newspaper that Baldwin, who has described himself as a born-again Christian, was shocked and just trying to do a good deed.

Janet Jackson is not planning on performing at the Michael Jackson tribute concerts planned for London's O2 arena Aug. 29 and 30.

A rep for Jackson called any rumors that she'd be there "false." This comes as a surprise to some of those involved in the planning of the tribute. "Over the weekend there was talk of Janet being the surprise opening act," said one person inside the tour.

Not participating in the tribute feels strange at first blush, since plans are in place for Janet's brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon to participate. A family friend says that her decision is proof that Janet is able to separate her life from her brothers'.

"Janet has plenty going on as it is - she's filming a movie ("Why Did I Get Married Too," in Atlanta) and she's involved in Michael's kids' lives. These concerts are not about her and she respects that," said a family friend. "She's always been independent.

Jessica And Nick Are Not Getting Back Together

Britney Spears' daddy is ready to release his daughter into the wild again -- we've learned the conservatorship may be coming to an end.

Sources tell us Jamie Spears will ask the court to review the terms of the conservatorship after her concert tour ends in November. Jamie can't ask the judge to end it -- just to review it. The judge then decides if Britney should regain control of her life.

We're told Jamie thinks Britney is ready to roll on her own. He has made her life his full time job since February, 2008.

Fact is ... if it weren't for the tour, given Britney's progress, the judge might already have made the decision to undo the conservatorship. The various vendors were promised under their contracts that the conservatorship would stay in tact throughout the tour.

A little editorial comment ... it may be the most remarkable turnaround we've ever seen. A year and a half ago, people were worried for Britney's life.

LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) -- No deal has been reached between Michael Jackson's mother and his ex-wife over the custody of the late singer's children, according to a lawyer in the case.

Debbie Rowe is scheduled to attend a child custody hearing on Monday.

Eric George, who represents Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of Jackson's two oldest children, said a newspaper report that Rowe had agreed to take $4 million not to challenge Katherine Jackson for custody was "completely false."

Jackson's lawyer did not respond to requests for comment Tuesday.

The Jackson family lawyer said last week that they were working to "privately and amicably resolve" the matter.

A child custody court hearing, which had been set for this week, was delayed until next Monday at the request of lawyers for Jackson and Rowe, a court official said.

Katherine Jackson gained temporary guardianship of the children soon after her son's death last month.

Rowe's lawyer said two weeks ago that "Debbie has not reached a final decision concerning the pending custody proceedings."

The New York Post, quoting an unidentified Jackson family source, reported Rowe had agreed to drop any custody challenge for a $4 million payment.

Cindy Adams of The New York Post says that Elizabeth Taylor was hospitalized in Los Angeles yesterday, because she has the sads in a major way. A source said that ever since her best friend Michael Jackson passed away, she's been in a terrible state.

Apparently, Elizabeth has not received rainbow-filled hugs from the family either. The source says that Elizabeth wanted to attend Michael's private funeral, but she was banned by the family, because she was his friend and not theirs. Take that with a grain of salt, because Elizabeth already Twittered that she was going to mourn Michael on her own, because she didn't want to be part of the "public whoopla."

The source added that Elizabeth is suffering from exhaustion.

FARRAH FAWCETT’s best friend ALANA STEWART is planning to publish a memoir she compiled while filming the final stages of the late actress’ cancer battle.

Stewart shot much of the footage for the Farrah’s Story documentary, showing the Charlie’s Angel favourite try and seek out new treatments in a bid to prolong her life.

And after the success of the documentary, which pulled in 8.9 million viewers in the U.S. when it was aired in May (09), Stewart will release My Journey With Farrah in August (09).

Some of the profits raised from sales of the book will go to the Farrah Fawcett Foundation for cancer research.

The actress died on 25 June (09) aged 62.

Debbie Rowe Sells Her Kids Again

DEBBIE ROWE has reportedly agreed to drop her bid for custody of her children with MICHAEL JACKSON - in exchange for a $4 million (£2.6 million) payoff.

Rowe relinquished her rights to Prince Michael, 12, and daughter Paris, 11, in 2001 after receiving an $8 million (Â£5.3 million) lump sum and an annual cash payment of $900,000 (Â£600,000) from the King of Pop.

Last week (10Jul09), a custody hearing was postponed until 20 July (09) to give the singer’s mother Katherine - who has temporary conservatorship - and Rowe time to try to reach an agreement over the kids’ future.

And now the New York Post alleges Rowe has accepted a $4 million payment to back out of the custody battle.

A family source tells the newspaper, "It’s one final payday. (The family) felt it was like a ransom-type thing. (Rowe) jumped back into the picture because she wanted money… This would be it. This takes away any rights she has to challenge custody at any given time.

"If something happens to Katherine, (Rowe) can’t challenge the next (custody), whether that be Diana Ross or someone in the family."

Vanessa Hudgens is getting naked again. This time, however, the Disney star is doing so for her newest movie, Sucker Punch.

The film, directed by Watchmen director Zack Snyder, is going to be some sort of action film about girls in brothels/insane asylums in the 1950s. Vanessa tells Metro, "I'm playing a character named Blondie and it's set in a brothel in the 1950s, so there's not a whole lot of clothes."

Vanessa seems to be very excited about the film. "It'll be gun training, stunts, fighting and all that craziness. I can't wait. I'm so excited. I've wanted to do an action film for a while. I think this is my time to really step it up and get to grow up. It will be somewhat different with the content and a few more foul words but that's the biggest difference."

I wonder how her boyfriend Zac Efron feels about this. He's probably just happy that she'll be going home with him every night. But really this movie sounds kinda awful. It's just gonna be too much slow motion to music that doesn't match it. Or it's gonna be really good. Only two ways this one can go.

A source said: "There was a lot of rifts in the family, but Janet was the one person he spoke to regularly and he made sure the children kept in touch with her too.

"Ultimately, he wanted Janet to look after the children, with help from his mother Katherine, and was planning to draft a new will to reflect those wishes. He trusted Janet implicitly.

"When he had health concerns, he had a talk with Janet about how much she meant to him and the children, and how if anything happened to him, he wanted her to make sure the children would be loved and cared for in the same way he was raising them. She told him of course she would."

Michael's most recent will, written in 2002, named Katherine as the children's guardian but Janet - who accompanied the children to their family home to retrieve their belongings after the singer's death last month - has the support of her siblings in taking over as primary carer.

The source added to Britain's Grazia magazine: "The family think this could be a great idea - they are supportive of Katherine, but although she is in good health, she is nearly 80 and they are worried she is not up to the task.

"Janet is blossoming into a woman with tremendous untapped maternal instincts. The children automatically turn to her for comfort and direction."

David Beckham has refused to star in an advert with Angelina Jolie because he is married.

The British soccer star - who recently celebrated his tenth wedding anniversary with wife Victoria - doesn't want to upset his spouse by posing for an Emporio Armani underwear campaign with the stunning Hollywood star, who is in a relationship with Brad Pitt.

He told US TV show 'Extra': "She is an amazing person and so is Brad. They're an incredible couple and they have an amazing family. You know she wouldn't do it and I wouldn't do it.

"At the end of the day, I wouldn't do it because I'm married."

Last week, it was claimed father-of-three David and Angelina - who raises six children with Brad - were set to team up for a steamy set of ads.

David signed a deal with the Italian fashion house in 2007, while Angelina was unveiled as their new female face last month.

A source said: "When you have David Beckham and Angelina Jolie signed up to your fashion house it's a no-brainer to link them up.

"They appeal to a diverse audience and a collaboration would create so much publicity it would push Armani head and shoulders above their rivals."

David has previously posed with Victoria for raunchy underwear adverts for the exclusive label.
