Anna-Nicole Order To Have Test

FORMER Playboy model Anna-Nicole Smith must have a paternity test by the end of this month to determine who her child's father is, a court has ordered.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert Schnider ruled that Smith and her baby, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, must take the tests by January 23, a lawyer representing celebrity photographer Larry Birkhead said.

Birkhead, who claims to be the baby's father, launched a lawsuit against Smith in October, a month after the child was born. Smith's long-time personal lawyer, Howard K. Stern, maintains he is the baby's father.
