Britney's Divorce Settlement

Babymama Britney Spears has reportedly won the custody battle with ex-hubby Kevin Federline according to the latest issue of Life&Style.

The estranged couple had their bigwig lawyers hammer out a settlement which has Brit-Brit receiving physical custody of the couple's two children. The settlement is expected to be finalized within two weeks.

As you may recall, K-Fed had filed for full custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James in a bid for a bigger cash out. Looks like it didn't work -- the hip hop wannabe will receive half of the earnings from the sale of their $13.5 million Malibu estate, $500 000 in cash and all the flashy Bling he collected throughout their short marriage.

The pre-nup also states that Brit has the right to take back any gift she gave to Kevin worth more than 10 grand. You know what that means, right? Bye bye to that $225 000 Ferrari he hooked up last year.
