Yes yes yes..... you must have read about Nicole and the crash while filming "The Invasion" yesterday..... but what you did not know is that Keith Urban and son Connor Cruise were on the set and two hours after Nicole was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Hospital, she resumed filming later in the night.

So starlets and wannabe stars, this is what I call professionalism and a class act!!!!
