It seems you really can't teach an old dog new tricks.

Despite repeated promises to keep her face out of the cameras and her vag in her pants, Britney Spears has no intention of giving up her wild partying ways. Just the other week she was at the Sanctuary in Arizona, supposedly detoxing. Then over the weekend she popped into Shutters on The Beach in Santa Monica, the other day to hang out by the pool wearing a day-glo bikini and a see-through dress.

Now she's moved onto the W Westwood hotel where she was spotted downing a few brewskies at the bar and possibly leaving her two babies alone with nannies for the entire night. I know - big shocker!

'She entered in a short black and white dress with long black wig," recounts one spywitness. Britney sure is fond of her disguises! Later on in the evening, Spears changed behind a screen at the bar into a men's white shirt and tiny black booty shorts. "Britney was making out with a dark hair, bearded man outside in a cabana, but i could not recognize him," says our mole. Then, after an amarous public makeout session, sources tell us that Spears and her mystery man went into the lobby and got a room for the night!! And, like a true gentleman, the fella was the one that gave his credit card to the reception desk.'
