Anna Nicole's Autopsy

The autopsy report findings:

--Police chief says no indication crime occurred in Anna Nicole Smith's death.

--Prescription drugs found in hotel room but autopsy does not indicate she took them, medical examiner says.

While authorities were unable to identify an official cause of death, Broward County Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper said, "the death might be due to some medication, or combination of natural causes and medication."

--Preliminary autopsy does not reveal casue of death.

--Judge orders body preserved until February 20 hearing on baby's paternity.
