Anna Nicole's Drama - Day 2

Howard K Stern, Larry Birkhead and Anna's mom Virgie Arthur are back in court today, fighting over Anna Nicole Smith's body.

Before they started with Vergie, the judge asked Howard K Stern to give him two (2) hours' notice before he decides to fly back to Nassau so that he might be questioned again.

Anyways, while on the stand, Vergie said that Howard and drugs drove her and Anna Nicole apart.

"We were close -- we got our nails painted together," said Arthur.

She has also mentioned that she was not allowed to visit Daniel's grave. With the contribution of family members and friends she did go during Daniel's birthday.

With an unmarked grave, she found his grave when she saw Larry Birkhead's flower on them.

So right now, Vergie is being asked by Howard's lawyer if she has profited from her daugther's death?

It's like HUH???????

They've been going back and forth with this..... Vergie has already said No.... I love it when Virgie responded to the question with:

"He has." Pointing to Howard K. Stern.

She later mentioned that Howard wants the body so he can sell the burial for millions..... we knew that! Duh!!!!

Judge Larry Seidlin went crazy!!! He insisted that this was not a circus and he doesn't want it to be.

Right now I'm so disgusted with Howard K Stern.... Ugh!!!!! This guy is so sleazy!!!!!
