Is It Murder????

In October 2006, Smith's estranged mom, Virgie Arthur, told Nancy Grace on CNN Headline News that after the death of Anna's son, Daniel, she was concerned that Howard K. Stern was the one in line to inherit Anna's millions.

"If Howard Stern marries her and she ends up dead, then who does the money go [to]? Danny's not there," Arthur said.

Additionally....

Many people have speculated that Stern gave Daniel the Methadone [prescription heroin substitute] that killed him.

While that investigation continues despite Anna's death, an investigation into her death will likely lead cops to closely examine Howard, the "brains" behind Smith.

Was Stern exploiting Smith's pain for money? He was the one likely responsible for orchestrating the million-dollar interviews with Entertainment Tonight and the sale of all their personal photos to People magazine and other publications.

TMZ can confirm that Anna's lawyer-turned-partner Howard K. Stern was interviewed by Seminole Police officials last night. Cops say Stern was cooperative. TMZ has learned that Anna's private nurse and bodyguard were also interviewed as part of the investigation into Anna's death.

This is not brain surgery people..... there's just so many questions and a "feeling of fishiness" that there's got to be more than meet the eyes..... Is it murder? Suicide perhaps?. Who did it? Well after doing my "research" on different blogs and people's comments, the likely candidate is:

Howard K Stern.... Whoever is the biological father will likely control the estate of Danielynn.... and that will be many many many years before Danielynn can take a hold of her estate.... anything can happen.. such as her death perhaps.

It was reported that he was present in Anna's room when she died.

If you really cared for someone like he said he did, why did he tolerate Anna's drug habit? Or was it really a habit??? Could it be his way of controlling her, one of his ways?

Again, these are just speculations.... what do you guys think?

It was also reported that neither Larry or Howard is the father. The real father is rumored to be someone very close to Anna Nicole. It's like, Anna Nicole would rather kill herself than make public who the real father of Danielynn is....I refused to comment or post it here considering I personally think it's in bad taste, even if it's true.
