How did Courtney shed 45 pounds? Crack!!!! Okay kidding....

A source told Us Weekly magazine: "She starting losing weight in December when she began drinking diet shakes and sticking to a strict healthy eating regime.

"She is cut out carbs and is eating fish, steamed vegetables and doing lots of yoga.

"She's feeling like a different person. Her goal is to lose 55 pounds altogether."


Sure, I believe her.....
