More Drama On The Set Of "American Idol"

Magdaleno Olmos, a former assistant production accountant for the company behind 'Idol' is suing his ex-employer and one-time contestant Mario Vasquez, alleging he was fired for complaining of sexual harassment by the male contestant.

TMZ reports that on one occasion (yes, it happened many times), Mario followed Magdaleno into a restroom at CBS Studios and knocked on the door of a stall he had just entered. When Magdaleno opened the door, Mario, who had dropped his pants, pushed him further into the stall, grabbed his package and tried to unzip his pants while asking "if he wanted oral sex." All of the defendants "knew or should have known that Vasquez was gay or was widely rumored to be so," the lawsuit states.

So, this all begs the question: What is the truth surrounding Mario's early withdrawl from Season 4? According to the suit, shortly after Magdaleno came forward with his complaints and discussed them with executives and attorneys for 'Idol', Mario was made a B-line towards the exit door and never looked back.

I'm one of the few people who don't watch this show so I really don't care per se. I just find this a bit amusing.
