Halle Berry Is An Emotional Retard

So anyways, Halle Berry is the latest to be "honored" with a Hollywood 'Walk of Fame' Star last Tuesday. Apparently she was supposed to be honored last 2003 but because of her conflicting schedules, she wasn't able to....

what schedule???? X-Men filming?

And of course she was in tears.

"I want to officially state that I am an emotional retard," the 40-year-old said. "I am so emotional ... as soon as I saw the crowds of people and friends here, I started to cry."

Okay, love her thus will not trash her.

1) An actor/person is nominated to receive the star (this nomination process isn't like the oscars... someone, anyone does it)
2) Someone puts up the $25k for the star
3) The date for the "ceremony" is set.
