Larry Birkhead Is The Daddy !!!!!

Yep people.... as we suspected all along, Larry Birkhead is the father of Dannielynn, as reported by TMZ.

The probability of paternity is 99.9999%. Dr Michael Baid said, "essentially he is the biological father."

But..... it looks like Virgie Arthur would not want to give up. It is reported that the parties will be back in court on Friday but lawyers are keeping it mum as to why.

Howard K. Stern just said "I am obviously very disappointed....I am not going to fight Larry Birkhead for custody." Stern added "I will do evereything I can to make sure he gets sole custody."

Stern said he'd like the transition to be "gradual" so the baby can adjust.

Much as they hated each other in the past, Howard K Stern and Larry Birkhead hugged each other outside the courtroom with Stern welcoming Larry to the house and spend as much time with baby Dannielynn as he wanted.

In the meantime, Virgie Arthur just said "All I care about and all I every cared about was the safety of Dannielynn."

She also looks forward to working with Larry and she was acting in the best interest of Dannielynn and her attorney suggested that Arthur would seek dual guardianship with Birkhead.
