So anyways, rumor has it that Selma Blair's boyfriend, Matt Felker, was spotted shopping for engagement rings at Tiffany & Co in Beverly Hills and will be proposing on Selma's 35th birthday, June 23rd.

So nice of Matt's friends to spill this news to the tabs.... hopefully Selma Blair will put her acting talent to good use when he does indeed propose....or not.....
