She tells Closer magazine, "I'm so grateful I don't live like that. I'd end up smacking the camera back in the paparazzi's faces!"

What Helena really wants to say is that she's thankful she doesn't have a crackhead boyfriend who uses her like an ATM machine and that she was able to maintain her beauty unlike some washout models.
