Howard K Stern's Toy Boy Will Sue

Larry Birkhead told AP that he is intending to sue Rita Cosby over her "salacious" book pegging that he was having an affair with Howard K. Stern. Ewwww..... sorry the thoughts of Larry on his knees infront of Howard is pretty gross.... so anyways, not only will he being suing Rita but he will also go after her sources and Grand Central Publishing.

He told TMZ's Harvey Levin last night on CNN's Larry King Live" that is "pure fiction" is "totally false and defamatory." He also said that Rita never once contacted him or Howard to see if any of these things are true. He also said that this is going to be "one of the most expensive lawsuit settlement in book publishing history."
