The Mess Ana Nicole Smith Left

Larry Birkhead Drama:

Debra Opri is pissed that Larry B appeared on Larry King's show and claimed that he witnessed Opri give Rita Cosby confidential documents in his custody battle not to long ago but Opri's lawyer say that this is false and defamatory and is giving Larry B an opportunity to retract.

Now, Michael Trope, Larry B's lawyer says that this will not happen>

"Mr Birhead declines your invitation to issue any type of retraction".

I guess Trope is a funny guy considering he ended the letter with this:

"Larry would like her to avoid the expense of hiring a process server to deliver the complaint. I have Mr. Birkhead's authority to accept service."

Funny really funny....

Now for Howard K. Stern's Drama:

Anna Nicole Smith's ex boyfriend and jailbird, Mark Hatten is claiming that Howard K. Stern tried to kill him back in 2000, in a failed "attempt to remove" him from Anna's life.

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Hatten claims that Howard tried his very best to try and murder plaintiff Hatten and make it look like an accident death/overdose."

Hatten wants $100,000,000 in damages.....

I guess Ana Nicole Smith is glad that she's dead now.
