The custody case has been underway for an hour now.

A mohawk-sporting Kevin Federline arrived bright and early with his lawyers by his side.

Britney Spears has yet to show up. Or even leave her house for that matter.

This is her ONLY chance to regain custody before the trial begins….in APRIL!!!

So, what may be behind Brit’s no-show? Rumour has it she’s zonked out in her bed after taking some over-the-counter sleeping pills she purchased yesterday from Rite Aid.
