Jennifer Hudson's Tragedy

I'm sure you've heard of Jennifer Hudson's Mom and Brother by now... yeah I was too lazy to blog this last Friday when I read about it so....anyways, my condolences to Jennifer and here's pretty much an update to what went on:

A WBBM reporter is saying that neighbors have said a family member in the Hudson household apparently tried to steal a car a few weeks ago, an argument ensued, and he vowed revenge. A photo on Julia's MySpace page (bottom) posted prior to today's events alludes to some kind of dispute with William over a car.

UPDATE: A police source said the suspect is in custody and is being questioned. The source said, however, that the boy was not found with the suspect. Police continue to look for the boy. Details to come.

According to a source, the actress' sister reported the boy missing from the home. Public records indicate the Suburban is registered to Jason Hudson, who neighbors and the publicist said is Jennifer Hudson's brother.

A Chicago police spokeswoman also said a 7-year-old boy was reported missing. Police identified him as Julian King (right), and said he is believed to be the grandson of the dead woman. He is 5-foot tall, weighs 135 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. An Amber Alert has been issued for the missing boy.

UPDATE 2: A neighbor tells TMZ the other victim was Jennifer's brother Jason. A cousin who lived nearby discovered the bodies.

UPDATE 3: Though it was Julia's husband who supposedly shot her family and kidnapped her son, he was NOT the father of the missing boy.
