A Mistrial For BritBrit

This just in: Jurors were unable to reach a verdict in the Britney Spears driver’s license trial.

The panel failed to agree after four votes about whether the comeback diva was guilty of driving without a valid driver’s license, a misdemeanor.

The judge declared it a mistrial.

Britney faced jail time and a fine if convicted. But now she is free to roam the streets of L.A. anytime she wants.
