Lindsay Goes To AA

Here's a shocker: 20-year-old Lindsay Lohan is battling alcoholism! The spotted party princess who in the past has admitted to battling bulimia and taking drugs has lately been seen supporting an AA pin.

After a spell of lying low, Lindsay returned to the blinding glare of paparazzi flashbulbs over the Thanksgiving weekend, partying hard in the company of Paris Hilton and Britney Spears and behaving rather erratically.

Example numero uno? Last week LiLo walked up to the paparazzi and claimed that Paris hit her at a friend’s party on Saturday. The very next day, after being spotted in the company of Paris and Britney, she completely retracted her statement of the previous night, claiming Paris and she are friends and it is just the media that makes them out to be enemies!

Now it seems that the heavy partying over the weekend has taken its toll because Lindsay was spotted yesterday at 7:30 AM attending an AA meeting near her apartment in the Sierra Towers.

Confirming the sighting a friend of Lohan told Page Six, "She has attended several meetings and has hopefully decided to turn her life around - this time for good. She is out of control."

Dina Lohan, LiLo's negligent mother, who is herself an over-aged party girl, has reportedly flown to L.A. and is encouraging her troubled daughter to stay at home....at least on some nights. Her friends too are hoping "she will really get serious about getting sober. And drop out of the limelight for a while."

Okay I do like Linsay Lohan so if she really is serious about this then good for her..... isn't eshe hot in this pic?
