Jason Wahler Arrested Again

A supposedly sex tape and four arrest in nine months? Damn this guy is really busy....

Yeah if you're wondering who this guy is, you're not alone unless you watch "Laguna Beach". I don't.

TMZ reported that Wahler was picked up by the Seattle Police around 2:00 am for criminal trespassing and assault after the Waterfront Marriot hotel called.

Hotel security found Wahler wrestling on the lobby floor with an unidentified man and did the first punch. He then later on ran from the hotel and came back after a bit.

Wahler was reported "very intoxicated" and passed out. When they tried to take Wahler into custody, he started calling the arresting office "a nig**r, a fag**t, and a poor f**k."

According to DePina who wrote the report, Wahler also stated, "that he was rich and would have my ass." Wahler, who was described as "belligerent and hostile," allegedy threated DePina a second time, saying, "Come down to L.A. county and get your ass kicked!"

Oh dear, what a brat.... lock his ass off in jail for good.
