Is Lindsay Lohan Jail Bound?

So Lindsay is still in rehab but apparently more details on her car accident is starting to surface. Apparently she had cocaine as well as twice the legal limit of alcohol in her bloodstream.

So, with this in mind, do I think she's going the Paris way? Me think not considering this is a first for her and she was only 20 years old at that time.... justice tends to be a bit soft on anyone under 21 years old.....
