Could Lindsay Lohan’s new snowboarding beau be the reason why she’s staying put in Utah rather than coming back home to L.A.?

The New York Daily News reports that the rehabilitated starlet, who’s in an outpatient program after her 2-month stint at Cirque Lodge, is blabbing to anyone who will listen that she wants to move to the Beehive State permanently, despite the fact that she’s expected back in L.A. soon for work. While staying out of drug central will surely help with LiLo’s ongoing problems, the reason for her decision had very little to do with health and very much to do with love. It appears Lohan’s latest addiction may very well be her 25-year-old boyfriend, Riley Giles.

Meanwhile, as previously reported, Lohan has no plans of firing her mother Dina as her manager, and in fact, she’ll be keeping CAA as her agency. That is, of course, if they’re willing to keep her.
