Brit Brit Court Drama Continues.......

Lawyers for Kevin Fedrline will appear in court today to discuss Britney Spears’ night of partying last week, on the same day she claimed to be too ill to attend her court-ordered deposition.

Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan is seeking sanctions against Brit for her defiance of court orders. Legal experts tell FYB that his battle is “unlikely, but feasible.” He’s also expected to ask LA Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon to postpone a hearing scheduled in January to April. (You know, because this saga needs to be dragged on for forever!)

So, why April? Kaplan want to postpone Brit’s requests (including a restoration of the 50/50 custody arrangement stipulated in the divorce settlement and the right to drive her kids again) for as long as possible.
