The platinum-haired, chain-smoking designer hung out out in the windows of the mega department store for several hours with pal Simon Doonan today to launch her menswear line.

Although snapped smoke-free, the 52-year-old natural beauty has been known to enjoy a cigarette or twenty as evidenced by her tanned leather skin. Fierce!
