Socialite Courtenay Semal is spilling the beans on her same sex romance with actress Lindsay Lohan. Courtenay, who is now dating former MTV reality star Tila Tequila, has been telling friends that she and LiLo “hooked up” during the three months they lived together during the Winter of 2007.

“Everyone thinks Samantha is Lindsay’s first lesbian love, but we were very passionate until her fear of being found out drove us apart,” Courtenay recently told a pal.

Courtenay says her brief love affair with Lohan ended abruptedly once the Mean Girls star met DJ galpal Samantha Ronson.
“At the time she was terrified her career would be over if she revealed her sexual tendencies. But then Samantha came on to the scene and I was dropped.”

“Courtenay still can’t understand how Lindsay is now so open with Samantha,” a source close to the daughter of Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel reveals to News of the World.

“Every time she sees a picture of them together it kills her.”

Things were anything but mellow when the lezzie love triangle ran into one another at the Crown Bar in Los Angeles July 30th.

“Courtenay didn’t even say hello to Lindsay,” an insider tells Star. “She was staring daggers at her all night while Lindsay and Sam cuddled in a booth. I guess there are still hurt feelings between them”
