Gwyneth Paltrow Trashes Americans

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has said that she prefers British people to Americans.

Paltrow, 34, who lives in London with her husband Chris Martin, has outraged Americans by reportedly saying that they are "less civilised and intelligent" than their British counterparts.

According to The Sun she said, "I like living here because I don't fit into the bad side of American psychology.

"The British are much more civilised and intelligent. They don't talk about work and money, they talk about interesting things at dinner."

In response to the comment, an angry US fan apparently remarked: "We're better off if she stays across the Atlantic."

I would so offend a lot of people should I comment on this.

2012 Olympic On Time?

The British government has insited that London's olympic venue will be ready by 2012 and shrug rumors that it might not make it on time and is over budget.

Last month, American businessman Jack Lemley resigned from his position as chairman of the Olympic Delivery Authority, which is responsible for creating the venues. Apparently he feared his reputation would be ruined by the project inspite of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) insisting that there was not danger that the venues would not be ready in time for the 2012 games.

Cool.... not that it will matter to me anymore.... I'll be like 10000 years old by then.
