Rupert Everett Trying To Stay Relevant Trashes MJ

.....you know some straight up undiluted fuckery is going to come pouring out (along with a little back-up nut soup). In an interview with the Daily Mirror, Rupert Everett doesn't hold his mouth hole back about everything from Fishsticks Paltrow to Obama to Michael Jackson. Let's see what Mr. Constipated Face had to say about the latter first....

"He was a freak. He looked like a character from Shrek. He was a black to white minstrel. He was crucified by that court case when he was accused of child molestation - that killed him. He personified the pain and anxiety of a black man in a slave country. We all watched as he changed from black to white. He was living performance art. I think it was fortuitous that he died. He was supposed to be doing 50 concerts in London. It wouldn't have mattered how good or bad he was. He wouldn't have managed to do all of them and the press would have destroyed him."

What I think Rupert is trying to say is that the world threw so many caca nuggets at Michael Jackson that it's better for him that he's moonwalking through the clouds above free of all the shit. Si? Rupert just has a way of sounding like his words are coming out of a colonic tube. I can relate. Now, let's see what he has to say about Obama....

"We're living in very strange times. We have Michael Jackson, a black man who has gone white, and we have President Barack Obama, who is a half-white man gone black. It's absolutely fascinating to watch."

And he lost me there! Let's see if he can get me back with his comparison of Fishsticks and Katie Price....

"If I had the choice of being on a desert island with Jordan or Gwyneth Paltrow, I would choose Jordan. With Jordan you get the truth. She's treated like a quasi-hooker, whereas Gwyneth is seen as the patron saint of good living. Which one has more integrity? I would much rather have Jordan any day."

Tired Bitter Old Queen's Apology

After being frustrated for not getting laid and making that horrible statements about the British soldiers, the Tired Bitter Old Queen known as Rupert Everett made an apology:

"I was talking trivially about something very serious. I never meant at any point to question the bravery of those who lose their lives, or survive, but without arms and legs.

"My flippant and irresponsible behaviour arises from a deep frustration at the fact that we seem to be continuing making war. Again I apologise without reserve to anyone who has been insulted by my remarks."

A Tired Bitter Bitchy Old Queen's Rant

Rupert Everett has accused British soldiers risking their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan of being "whining wimps", it emerged today.

The 49-year-old, whose father is a retired major and has relatives who earned Victoria Crosses, branded modern recruits as "pathetic" and claimed: “The whole point of being in the Army is wanting to get killed.”

The gay star has just finished filming a portrait of the 19th Century soldier and adventurer Sir Richard Burton for the Channel 4 documentary The Victorian Sex Explorer.

And comparing troops from now and then he said: “In Burton's day they were itching to get into the fray.

“Now it is the opposite. They are always whining about the dangers of being killed. Oh my God, they are such wimps now!

"The whole point of being in the Army is wanting to get killed, wanting to test yourself to the limits. Now you have to fly 15,000ft above the war zone to avoid getting hit.

“I don't think there is any point in having wars if that's how you're going to behave. It's pathetic. All this whining!"

And risking further fury from veterans, the actor who once worked as a rent boy after running away from boarding school at age 15, told the Sunday Telegraph: “The whole point of being in the Army is going to war and getting yourself blown up.

“That and p***ing on prisoners. Yet we all get shocked by Abu Ghraib.

"But that's war. If you don't like that side of it, don't do it. Of course soldiers are going to p*** on the first prisoners they take. It goes with the territory."

Everett, whose most recent film rolls include parts in Stardust, St Trinian’s, and the voice of Prince Charming in Shrek, served one year in the Army Cadets while at the Catholic public school Ampleforth.

But he added: “It wasn’t for me. I would have liked to have been in the Army in Burton’s time, because you could do more or less what you wanted.

“They would give you four years to go off and explore. Now what do you get in the Army?

“Bad helmets and Basra. Your guns don’t work and everyone hates you when you get back.”

Last week the actor, who has a history of being loose-tongued, described Americans as "whiny victims" whose entire language is taken from Friends and Sex And The City.

And he said we live in a repressed Victorian-style culture, obsessed with the "authority of what Posh is wearing".

"All the problems we have now, they're all really about people not daring to stand up and say anything," he said.

And speaking about Americans, he said: "I'm totally off the States now. The reaction to 9/11 and then George Bush - really, they've got very blobby as a nation.

"Now they are whiny victims whose language is entirely taken from two TV shows - Friends and Sex And The City - and there's nothing sexy about them any more.

“And that kind of semi-blindness about the rest of the world, which was attractive when America was exciting, is really unattractive now."

A Queen In Drag... Who is "She"?

Resembling a middle-aged school matron, it's hard to believe that beneath the wig and frumpy clothes, is suave 47-year-old Rupert Everett.

He plays Miss Tritton in the film set in a school for 'young ladies' where an anarchic doctrine of free expression runs riot.

While Everett will be hamming it up, the straight guy will be played by that other British gent, Colin Firth (Hugh Grant is the third member of this well-loved triumvirate).
