Friends tell tabloid the National Enquirer the 34-year-old actress has been struggling with a substance abuse problem that became worse after she split from husband Ahmet Zappa last year.
Blair reportedly checked into Promises rehab facility in Malibu, California last month.

So anyways, rumor has it that Selma Blair's boyfriend, Matt Felker, was spotted shopping for engagement rings at Tiffany & Co in Beverly Hills and will be proposing on Selma's 35th birthday, June 23rd.
