Judge Turned Down The Request For DNA

So a California judge decided today not to do an emergency DNA test on the body of Anna Nicole Smith but ordered that she should be preserved until a hearing on February 20.

Team Larry is concerned that Team Howard might do a "bait and switch", where another child's DNA would be used as a sample. Yeah, some strange reason, I can so totally see Team Howard doing this.
