TMZ has reported that the Florida judge has denied Joe Francis' lawyer pleas to reduce his sentence by five days. Perhaps he should get the judge drunk and perhaps the judge might just reduce it.... remember the girls that were allegedly gotten drunk by Francis before he took pictures of them?

So anyways, with the 5 days? Well, having a jail time of over 30 days would change the sentencing guidelines in a federal case and could add an extra year in a federal penitentiary.

Joe Francis is also facing a tax evasion charges.

Per TMZ, another year will really not matter considering if convicted on all the felony charges he faces, Joe Francis could end up serving 100 years in Florida prison.

The charges? Well, it includes:

01) Use of an underage child in sexual performance
02) Bringing contraband cash and drugs in a county jail cell

To all the Joe Francis exploited girls out there, Marshals were directed by another judge to take custody of Francis the moment he's released from his current sentence on May 15 at 8:15am.

LOL !!!!!! Karma is a bitch.... I bet he never thought he'll be behind bars.... typical of Hollywood people thinking they're above the law..... this is a good warning to the likes of Paris Hilton, Sean Stewart, Nicole Richie (and I like Nicole Richie), etc....

Again TMZ has just learned that "Girls Gone Wild" Joe Francis has been charged with one count of misdemeanor sexual battery in L.A. This could give him a maximum six months in jail and $2,000 fine, if convicted.

He allegedly tocuhed an 18 year-old girl on the breast, buttocks and inner thigh even when the girl kep on asking him to stop.
