After spending a week in LA, doing charity work and meeting people who want to make positive difference in other peoples lives, only to hear what some of these very people have to say about Samantha Ronson I was sickened. But, then to read the recent article in In Touch magazine, which only corroborated what I heard, I am compelled to state my concerns about the effect Samantha is having on my daughter.

First, it was me for speaking out against Samantha after I was in a deep conversation with Lindsay, only to have Samantha in the background enticing Lindsay to get off the phone with me.. Then my own ex wife expressed such sincere concern that I felt we had to intervene. Now, Joe Francis is attacked for speaking out about Samantha, when he too cares about Lindsay and is concerned about Samantha’s effect on Lindsay.

Joe Francis is a good person and even a better businessman. He wasn’t a bad guy when he flew Lindsay around on his jet, opened the doors to his home or tried to help, was he? Of course not, because Samantha wasn’t around. Sounds familiar with regard to me as well !!!!

There is a lot more to Samantha than meets the eye! Not that what we see is soooo pleasing anyway!I I mean, what’s with this ….”person”??? Look at the way she “dresses”? Once more, she uses her middle finger more than she uses words! Personally, I think she is dark, hideous and a disgusting representation of humanity!

Have you ever seen her apartment? For God’s sake, when she runs out of toilet paper she tells people to use the cardboard roll. (I was told this first hand).

I heard and know more about Samantha than you can imagine. Yet, while I haven’t exposed her, I know that God will. He will weed her out of Lindsay’s life and at that time, you will finally see Lindsay back in the place in her heart and mind that God wants and she belongs. Hopefully, without Samantha causing more damage than she already has.

Is this guy for real???? He thinks Joe Francis is a great guy???? What a stupi dumb ass.

King Of All Douchebags Sued Again

Last month the mastermind of all things Vegas, Mr. Steve Wynn sued the sex offender known as Joe Francis for not paying his gambling debts of $2M. Well, Joe Francis thought Steve Wynn was being an ass about making him pay. Umm excuse me, last time I checked The Wynn was a business and if Francis had won $2M, Joe The Perv would have wanted his money paid to him. Anyway, the sex criminal said some things about Mr. Wynn which he may later regret.

He accused Wynn of using "alcohol, prostitutes and illegal drugs" to get their customers and that Wynn also deceives his customers.

Now this is of course the same Joe Francis who finds drunk girls, or girls on drugs, and has them pose naked for money. So, he is definitely the moral authority when it comes to this. Stupid a-hole.

Anyway, Wynn took exception to the sex offender's comments and sued Francis for defamation. He is asking $10M. So, my math is a little shaky, but that is $12M in total that Joe has been sued for this month. At some point here, one wonders whether Joey boy is going to go belly up. I know he is used to being more in the belly down position, especially when his cellmate was feeling horny, but I for one would love to see Joe Francis go bankrupt and watch his "friends" say goodbye. King Of Douche Bags Released From Nevada Jail

"Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis is being released from a Nevada jail so he can return to Florida to face charges related to the filming of underage girls.

His lawyer told a federal judge in Reno that Francis will travel to the East Coast on Tuesday and appear in a Panama City, Fla., courtroom on Wednesday day to resolve charges from the 2003 filming of girls during spring break.

Francis has been jailed since last year in Nevada, where he faces federal tax evasion charges.

During a brief hearing Monday before U.S. Magistrate Robert McQuaid, defense lawyer Fred Atcheson gave the court a $1.5 million cashier's check to cover Francis' bail on tax evasion charges.

Francis, 34, has been jailed on both sides of the country for nearly a year, caught in a tug-of-war between federal prosecutors in Nevada and state attorneys in Florida.

Joe Francis Does Not Want To Leave Jail

Given the fact that he's free on bail in Nevada, Joe sFrancis voluntarily decided to stay behind bars in a Reno jail so he won't have to face another round of charges in Florida....

I think he must have found true love in Reno than in Florida...

David Houston his lawyer said that his client is "elated" and "disappointed" because the Florida judge revoked Joe's bail at a hearing yesterday afternoon -- meaning that if he sets foot outside his currently jail, he will be extradited back to Florida.

It was also reported that he's getting special treatment because he's not a typical inmate like liberal phone privileges and that "he does very well" among the general population.

Hmmmmmm......I bet he likes dropping his soap in the showers....

Dear Candy:

I don't know you, I have never met you and I don't know anything about you. After reading your letter posted on the internet, my mental picture of you is of a lonely old woman living in a mansion in Holmby Hills with let's say 300 cats jumping around, some in their own feces.

I have tried to think to myself what would compel a woman such as yourself to write a letter to someone they have never met? Even worse, you are making up your mind based on headlines. I can understand you writing Paris Hilton a letter out of care because as you said in your letter, you have known her most of her life. Then again, it's sad and pathetic you had the audacity to post that letter on the internet instead of just sending it to Paris personally.

Candy, you don't know any of the facts concerning my situation. I am a hardworking, compassionate and honest person. I will prevail just as I have in the past because overcoming adversity is not only a part of the entrepreneurial experience but a part of life. You should appreciate this and know this more than anyone and I am ashamed of you for forgetting how hard it is to make it in this world and the people who would love to tear you down because you have. Sadly, it appears you have become one of those people.

Contrary to what you have said in your letter, my world has not changed. My business Girls Gone Wild is thriving and posted record sales last month. Karma Is A Bitch... Yeah I Said This Already

TMZ has reported that the Florida judge has denied Joe Francis' lawyer pleas to reduce his sentence by five days. Perhaps he should get the judge drunk and perhaps the judge might just reduce it.... remember the girls that were allegedly gotten drunk by Francis before he took pictures of them?

So anyways, with the 5 days? Well, having a jail time of over 30 days would change the sentencing guidelines in a federal case and could add an extra year in a federal penitentiary.

Joe Francis is also facing a tax evasion charges.

Per TMZ, another year will really not matter considering if convicted on all the felony charges he faces, Joe Francis could end up serving 100 years in Florida prison.

The charges? Well, it includes:

01) Use of an underage child in sexual performance
02) Bringing contraband cash and drugs in a county jail cell

To all the Joe Francis exploited girls out there, Marshals were directed by another judge to take custody of Francis the moment he's released from his current sentence on May 15 at 8:15am.

He allegedly tocuhed an 18 year-old girl on the breast, buttocks and inner thigh even when the girl kep on asking him to stop.

Joe Francis has allegedly been found with pills, Aprazolam, Lorazepam and Lunestra, in his Florida jail cell. He got caught after he tried to bribe a guard with $100 for a bottle of water..... LOL.

TMZ is also reporting that the President of Mantra Films, Scott Barbour, the company that produces "Girls Gone Wild" is also in the slammer on suspicion of slipping the pills and the cash to Francis when he visited him last Wednesday.

LOL..... Now Joe has Scott to keep him company..... Joe should probably practice with Scott so he can be a great bitch when the time comes.....

Joe Francis has been indicted on charges of tax evasion, the federal government announced.

He is charged with deducting more than $20 million in false business expenses on the 2002 and 2003 corporate income tax returns files on behalf of his Mantra Films and Sands Media Inc.

He is also charged with using offshore bank accounts to conceal his income he earned during 2002 and 2003.

If convicted, he will be someone bitch for like 10 years plus $500,000 poorer.

According to People, Joe Francis was arrested yesterday around 6:30 am at the Panama City airport and is currently being held at the Bay County jail.

Apparently airport security recognized him and alerted the authories considering douchebag was not turning himself in.

Joe said last week, "I'm not trying to hide at all. I'm on my way to Florida right now to turn myself in and comply with the judge's order. I would never run from justice."

PANAMA CITY, Fla. — The founder of the "Girls Gone Wild" videos has defied a federal judge, calling him a "judge gone wild" and refusing to surrender to U.S. marshals on a contempt citation.

U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak ordered Joe Francis into custody after settlement negotiations soured in a lawsuit brought by seven women who were minors when Francis' company filmed them on Panama City Beach.

The 34-year-old Francis, who makes an estimated $29 million a year through the videos of girls exposing their breasts, drew the contempt order Wednesday after lawyers for the women said Francis threatened them during negotiations.

Francis told The Associated Press late Thursday that Smoak "had lost his mind."

"This judge has gone as far as to call me the devil and an evildoer," he said. "It is a case of a judge gone wild."

PANAMA CITY, Fla. — Just days after narrowly avoiding jail time, the multimillionaire founder of the "Girls Gone Wild" videos was again ordered to jail Wednesday for contempt of court.

Joe Francis, 34, has until noon Thursday to turn himself in to authorities, The News Herald of Panama City reported. A federal judge ordered Francis jailed on Wednesday after lawyers suing him complained that unbeknownst to them he had substantially changed the conditions of an offer they'd agreed to.

A mediator said the new offer included a payment plan that wouldn't be completed for many years.

"He may have snookered us and gotten out Saturday," Smoak said, "but he's coming back."

Francis' lawyer, Mike Dickey, told the judge he was "stumped" by the development.

The judge reinstated the civil contempt order, which means Francis will be in jail until a formal mediation session can be set up and he participates in a meaningful way.

Smoak said he would look into possibly starting a criminal contempt process. He also increased the amount of money Francis would have to pay to the plaintiffs' lawyers, The News Herald reported. It was not clear what the new sum was.

Personally I think this guy should be locked-up for good and be someone bitch when he's in jail.
