One Dumb Skank

Jail-bound Paris Hilton has had another run in with the law - she's been issued with a parking ticket.

The troubled socialite was reportedly issued the fine in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon, after authorities noticed her vehicle had outstayed the allowed parking period.

Meanwhile, TMZ.com reports that officials at Los Angeles' Century Regional Detention Center have already started preparations for the 26-year-old's stay - they've allegedly chosen her cell mate and issued a "written protocol" detailing "when and how things should be done for her".

Is it possible that the Hiltons made some 'promises' to the LA's Century Regional Detention Center to make sure their precious skank is taken care of??? I mean, why would they go through all this preparation for a spoiled skanky brat????? I smell somthing fishy here.... and I think this need to be investigated.... this skank is getting way too much special treatment......
