Get That Skank Back To Jail!!!!!!!

Soooo much drama..... an update on the Paris fiasco.

City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo has filed a motion asking the Judge Michael Sauer, who sentenced Paris, returned to jail to serve out her full sentence.

The City Attorney is also asking the judge to hold a hearing demanding that the Sheriff's Dept show why it should not be held in contempt of court for violating Judge Sauer's May 4, 2004 order, which expressly stated "no electronic monitoring."

The judge has granted the request for a hearing and is scheduled for 9:00 am today in Los Angeles and has ordered Paris Hilton back to his Los Angeles courtroom, telling her she must attend today's hearing.

While at it, I recommend that Internal Affairs should also investigate the sheriff who ordered this absurd 'reassignment'. Just saying.

Can't wait to see Paris Hilton back in jail and justice served.
