A Party Girl Will Always Be A Party Girl

So just days after completing rehab, Lindsay Lohan was seen at PURE in Las Vegas, then apparently she's back to her old haunt, Winston and yes, she was apparently still wearing her ankle bracelet.

Was she serious about rehab? Was it all a show so no lawsuits will be filed against her for the car accident? Was it so that insurance companies will actually insure her for any possible film jobs?
