Batman Batman Batman


As expected, Warner Bros’ The Dark Knight includes a dedication to the late Heath Ledger in the credits. The text will read:

“In memory of our friends Heath Ledger & Conway Wickliffe“

For those of you who don’t know, Wickliffe is the special-effects technician who was killed last September in a stunt-car accident on the set of the Batman sequel.

Fandango reported today that pre-sales are huge for the film so far and that extra night screenings have been added!

Fandango is reporting dozens of showtimes for The Dark Knight are sold out in advance, even though the movie doesn't open until Friday, July 18 at 12:01 a.m. A few theaters have added 3:00 a.m. showtimes on Friday morning, July 18, to meet the consumer demand.

Comcast has updated its tie-in website for the movie with additional videos, including "Filming in Chicago," "Batman Unmasked" and "Gotham Knight Behind the Scenes." Just go here and then click 'Videos' to watch them.
