Got $150 Million????

Candy Spelling, the widow of producer Aaron and estranged mother of actress Tori, is putting “The Manor” in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighbourhood on the market for a mind-boggling $150 million, making it by far the most expensive home for sale in the United States.

So what does $150 dollars buy you? The French chateau-style mansion boasts 56 500 square feet of living space, more than 4.6 acres of land, 30-foot high ceilings, a 16 car garage and bragging rights to having the largest home in Los Angeles County.

As for how Candy chose the Coldwell Banker real estate agent who’s helping sell her humble abode? Her soft-coated Wheaten Terrier named Madison was reportedly brought into the room each time she met one of the candidate agents. After watching how the dog reacted, they were either promoted to the next level or simply crossed off the list.
