While little Harlow napped at home, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden sneaked out of their house today (April 23) to grab a cup of coffee at Starbucks in Hollywood.
Showing off their matching blonde ‘dos, the doting parents remained mum with the paparazzi when asked about the due date of their second child.
With in just a week, tiny Nicole’s belly looks to have almost doubled in size. Could there be more than one bun in her oven?

Socialite Nicole Richie is a "huge fan" of Britney Spears and expressed her love for the pop star on a recent blog she posted after attending Britney's concert in Los Angeles.
"Friday night I went to the Britney Spears concert and had the time of my life," she writes on her blog. "I have been a huge Britney fan since I was 16 and have been to all of her concerts. I think I went to five shows of her last tour."
Nicole also posted some of her favorite pictures from the show and called Britney's performance "the best concert I’ve seen in a while."
"I have been looking forward to seeing her back on stage for years, and it was amazing! It was really hard to get pictures because she never stood still," Nicole says of her photography. "I yelled and asked her to but she was too busy tending to her 50,000 other fans."

The socialite's boyfriend Joel Madden announced they are expecting their second child on his band Good Charlotte's blog at the weekend.
He wrote: "What's better than winning an Oscar? I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister!
"God has truly blessed my family. Hope you're all feeling as good as I am right now."
Nicole, 27, and Joel, 29, already have a 13-month-old daughter Harlow.
Nicole has previously hailed motherhood as the greatest thing she has ever done.
She said: "Obviously, the birth of my daughter is the best thing ever. Just in general, it's been a really great year for me. Everything is coming together. All of my dreams are becoming a reality."

Nicole Richie didn’t just beat rival Christina Aguilera to the delivery room by having daughter Harlow on Jan. 11, one day before Aguilera gave birth to son Max, but it appears Richie will beat Aguilera on the newsstand as well.
Both new moms each had their own cover of People magazine, and according to some early estimates, the issue featuring Richie is on target to sell more than 1.8 million copies, according to an industry source, whereas Aguilera has far less. (People magazine could not confirm sales numbers; a spokesperson said its too soon to know how many copies were sold.)
Why does there seem to be more interest in Harlow Winter Kate Madden? One magazine insider said part of it could come down to the moms’ fan bases. “Christina historically doesn’t do that well on covers,” said the source, who cites poor sales of her wedding photo issue in OK!, and less-than-stellar sales of her nude photo shoot in the January 2008 Marie Claire.
That might be true, but Nicole Richie doesn’t seem like an obvious home run on the cover, either. “There’s also a greater element of curiosity with Nicole,” the source conceded. “She’s gone public about being a heroin addict. Her boyfriend is covered in tattoos. By default, she’s got the more interesting baby. People want to see how she settles down. They want to see what kind of baby someone with her background has.”

The Simple Life star and boyfriend Joel Madden will donate gifts to 100 expectant families in need through the newly-formed Richie Madden Foundation at the Los Angeles Free Clinic. The Office star Rashida Jones, who attended the baby shower at the couple’s Beverly Hills, California home on Sunday (18Nov07), has praised Richie.
She tells People.com, "It’s really sweet. With all the swag these days, we’re given so much stuff it’s almost wasteful, and it’s kind of nice when we’re giving to each other to give to someone else."

NICOLE RICHIE will not be marrying her rocker lover JOEL MADDEN next week - because the GOOD CHARLOTTE singer will be on tour in Australia, according to a U.S. tabloid report.
Last week (30Sep07), TMZ.com claimed the couple was planning to exchange vows on 13 October (07) in Laguna, California, and even named the wedding planners allegedly organising the intimate ceremony.
But Good Charlotte are scheduled to play at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on the alleged wedding date, and have further dates set in the country until 17 October (07).
A source tells Us Weekly, "We are all laughing about it. The tour is still on and they have no marriage plans yet." And wedding organiser Lorraine Keseloff also denied her involvement in the Madden/Richie union.

She was booked at the Lynwood Jail, where Paris did her time, at 3:15 this this afternoon. Great move by her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley.

Just 82 minutes after Nicole Richie checked herself into Lynwood jail, she left a free woman. Hard time her ass!
According to the official website of the L.A. Sheriff's Dept., Richie checked in at 3:15 PM and was released at 4:37 PM.

Pregnant reality TV star NICOLE RICHIE was reportedly rushed to hospital recently, fearing she was suffering a miscarriage.
The 25-year-old noticed bleeding and worried she would lose her baby at the end of last month (Jul07), just after she and rocker boyfriend Joel Madden returned to Los Angeles from a tour with his band Good Charlotte.
However, doctors quickly assured the four-months pregnant Richie her baby is safe, but did encourage her to eat more to feed the unborn child.
An insider tells American magazine Star, "Nicole was bleeding so much, it was really scary for her.
"They found out she’s suffering from both a hormonal and nutritional deficiency."

Nicole Richie will serve her prison sentence at the same jail where best friend Paris Hilton did her time.
'The Simple Life star - who is four months pregnant - has been sentenced to four days in jail for DUI (driving under the influence) which she will serve at Lynwood's Century Regional Detention Facility.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore said: "Richie's attorney contacted us and indicated she wants to do her time there.
"It is not yet known whether she will be housed in the medical ward because of her condition.
"That's all determined by our medical staff upon her arrival."

As for her upcoming stint in the slammer, Richie told Sawyer, "I have a responsibility and it's something that I did wrong, and if I could personally apologize to every single person that has lost a loved one from drunk driving I would," she said of her recent guilty plea. "And unfortunately I can't, but this is my way of paying my dues and taking responsibility and being an adult."

TMZ was in L.A. County Superior Courtroom moments ago, where a pregnant Nicole Richie faced the music for her wrong-way DUI bust in December -- her second DUI conviction in 4 years. Just like her "Simple Life" co-star Paris Hilton, a judge sentenced Richie to serve time in County Jail -- but only four days -- she has been credited for six hours of time served. Richie was also fined $2048 and was ordered back to school for 21 days to an alcohol education course.
Richie must report to serve her time by September 28th.
The commissioner issued Richie a stern warning, telling her if she she drove drunk again and she actually killed someone she could be charged with murder -- not manslaughter. That's because after her first DUI, Richie agreed that if she drove under the influence and killed someone, she'd be nailed for murder
The 25-year-old is expected to give birth sometime in January.
TMZ has learned Nicole Richie will appear in court Friday and will cop a plea in her DUI case.
Sources tell TMZ Richie will plead either guilty or no contest to DUI. She will appear before the Court Commissioner, who will sentence her on the spot. Sources say Richie will receive a minimum sentence of five days in jail. By law, anyone with two DUI convictions must serve at least five days. This conviction will be Nicole's second DUI.
Nicole Richie is reportedly in Canada with her alleged baby-daddy and overall douche, Joel Madden. She will have to decide to accept a plea deal or not offered by prosecutors. The terms of the deal are unknown. Nicole is not required to be in court, because it's a misdemeanor charge. Her attorney will appear and decide whether or not to take the deal.
If she doesn't take the deal, her attorney will try and get the trial pushed back again, because their expert witness can't testify until August.
TMZ reports that Nicole thinks the drug test given to her by the cops at the time of her arrest was bogus and she's bringing in her own witness to prove it. Um...didn't she admit to taking drugs?! How the hell could her own mouth be wrong?
Take the deal Nicole, so we can be done with this hell! But she won't. Anything to keep herself in the spotlight for a few more weeks. I mean it's not like she has anything else to do. Seriously, what DOES she do?!

After several weeks of Nicole Richie hiding her stomach from photographers, the is-she-or-isn’t-she-rumors can be put to rest: Us has confirmed via multiple sources that Richie is more than 12 weeks pregnant with her and boyfriend Joel Madden’s first child.
“She is extremely excited right now,” a source close to the star tells Us.
Richie, 25, shared the good news with her mom Brenda, and close friends like Mischa Barton, in early May, adds the Richie pal, after a pregnancy test came up positive.
And the pregnancy isn’t the only cause for celebration.
