Skank Is Cruella DeVille

Not only are her neighbours trying to kick her out of the 'hood but they are now saying that she's not only a skank.... okay kidding... anyways, they're saying that Paris Hilton is a monster when it comes to her pet animals.

Shelby Segall, who lives very close to the Hiltons, said that Paris treats her pets “horribly”, and that they keep running about in the neighbourhood.

“She treats her animals horribly,” a concerned Shelby tells Page Six. “They are always getting out and running. around the neighborhood. She had a little orange kitty about a year ago that kept getting out and we kept telling her it was outside. She didn’t seem like she cared, and then one day the cat got run over in the middle of the street and died.” She added: “Tinkerbell came to my door and I left a note on her gate. Her assistant came over frantic and tried to offer me a 40 reward. I said, ‘Don’t insult me.’”

So okay.... let's keep Paris Hilton in Jail for another 45 days for being cruel to her animals.
