Even The Disabled Hates The Golddigger

Paul McCartney's estranged wife Heather Mills' forthcoming appearance on Dancing With The Stars has angered a disabled group in her native Britain, who claim her ability to dance means she is able-bodied.

Mills wears prosthetic limb after losing her left leg below the knee following a 1993 road accident in London.

After the charity campaigner confirmed she would be a contestant on the show next month, the Federation Of Disabled People claim she has no right to use the blue disabled badge on her Mercedes car, which gives users priority parking in public places and in car parks.

The Federation's spokesperson Kathy Gordon says, "Clearly she has mobility so she should refrain from using the badge. It's not fair on other disable people."

Oh Dear... What Is James Cameron Up To Now?

Oscar-winning filmmaker James Cameron's latest screen project has come under attack from archaeologists and clergymen in the Holy Land, who insist his so-called "evidence" that Jesus was not resurrected from the dead is unfounded.

The director has produced new documentary "The Lost Tomb Of Jesus" in which it is alleged Jesus was buried instead of walking out of his tomb. He bases his hypothesis on three coffins he claims are those of Jesus, his mother Mary and Mary Magdalene, which were found in a southern Jerusalem neighborhood.

However, Amos Kloner, the first archaeologist to examine the site, insists, "They (producers) just want to get money for it. It was an ordinary middle-class Jerusalem burial cave. The names on the caskets are the most common names found among Jews at the time."

Attallah Hana, a Greek Orthodox clergyman in Jerusalem, adds, "(The documentary) contradicts the religious principles and the historic and spiritual principles that we hold tightly to."

The Lost Tomb of Christ airs on the Discovery Channel next month.

Virgie Denied!!! Judge Rejects Appeal

TMZ Reports:

The judge who ruled on who gets control of Anna Nicole Smith's body wants the starlet buried, and will not let her mom stand in his way.

The appeal filed by Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, just moments after Seidlin's teary decision to release Anna's body to Dannielynn's court-appointed guardian Thursday, was rejected early Monday morning. In the court papers obtained by TMZ, Seidlin claims that a stay would increase the "potential for adverse consequences," adding that "Arthur seeks an indefinite stay and has shown no intent to expedite the proceedings."

Brian Austin Green Is Gay

Brian Austin Green's latest role will involve him taking it in the back door. The former 90210 heart throb has signed on to play gay in Will & Grace co-creator David Kohan and Max Mutchnick's new CBS comedy.

Unlike W&G, on which the fag/hag dynamics provided most of the punchlines, the new show revolves around two men - one gay and one straight - and their female coworkers. Apparently it's loosely based on Kohan and Mutchnick's real-life friendship. Sounds like a real laugh riot...

As for Green pretending to dig dick - it makes perfect sense to us. In fact, we always thought David Silver played for the other team. He did, after all, have pierced ears. Also, what straight guy would date a dog like Donna? None.

More On Britney's Rehab Saga

Kevin Federline visited estranged wife Britney Spears in rehab on Friday and reportedly told her that he would like to give their marriage another try.

Kevin was spotted arriving at Promises rehab center in Malibu with a bag of groceries for Britney and according to the News of the World, he told her: “I’ll stand by you if you clean up your act. I just want you to get well.”

A source close to Kevin told the newspaper: “Just a few days ago there was no love lost between the two of them, but it’s taken Britney’s breakdown to make Kevin realise that he still loves her.”

“He’s finally treating her with a bit of care for once. He told her he’ll stand by her while she’s recovering - but he doesn’t want to put her under any pressure until she’s got her life back together.”

“And he admitted he’s been having second thoughts about the split and thinks there may be hope of a reunion after she gets better.

“Britney told him that she just wants to take things one day at a time at the moment, but she was deeply comforted by his words.”

Another source close to Britney told the newspaper that her family are keen for her to move from Promises to the University of California Hospital’s psychiatric facility to ensure she gets more involved treatment for depression, anxiety and paranoia.

“She spends every night in floods of tears. She lies there, sobbing her heart out to the blackness. You can hear her crying and crying with these deep sobs that echo around the house.”

“Her security guards have to listen to it because she’s got them sleeping outside her room—she’s that fearful for her own safety. Then in the morning she gets up and goes through her room and all her belongings to search for bugs.”

“She’s convinced that everyone is out to get her and that her thoughts are being recorded. And the smallest thing can set off a fully-blown panic attack. She gets this fearful look in her eyes and starts trembling all over, dripping with sweat and gasping for breath and she looks like she’s going to faint at any time. It’s absolutely terrifying to see.”

“Her staff want her to receive proper medical treatment from people who have looked after her before. They don’t trust her to last the distance in her latest spell in rehab. They are worried that she sees it as a soft option.”

“She’ll get much more robust help at UCLA, so that’s why they’ve asked if she can stay there for a while. The staff are ready for her arrival and have even allocated her a specific bed. They’ve said it’s ready for Britney whenever she wants to turn up. Now all her team have got to do is convince her it’s in her best interests to go there. But in her current state of mind, that’s going to take some doing.”

Birkhead/Stern Settlement

TMZ has learned that lawyers for Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern are in settlement negotiations.

There was a buzz at the courthouse after Krista Barth, Stern's lawyer, removed a styrofoam cup of water that rested on the witness stand as Birkhead testified in the Anna Nicole burial hearing. The cup went missing and there was speculation that Stern's reps used it for a DNA test, which could have provided the evidence proving Birkhead is the father Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn.

We're told a day after the cup incident, the parties started negotiating. TMZ spoke with Birkhead's lawyer Debra Opri Sunday in the Bahamas, who would not confirm a settlement. She did, however, say DNA testing must be completed and paternity established before any settlement could occur.

Sources say Stern could be amenable to giving Birkhead what he needs to establish custody. We're told that in return, Stern wants ongoing control of Anna's estate and, once the estate is probated, continued involvement by becoming trustee for Dannielynn.

Ralph Fiennes Flight Attendant: 'I Could Be Pregnant'

The flight attendant who earlier this month (FEB07) confessed to having sex with actor RALPH FIENNES in an aircraft toilet is worried she may be pregnant.

LISA ROBERTSON admits she and Fiennes didn't use protection when they romped in a Qantas Airways lavatory.

When asked if she could be pregnant, Robertson replied, "Perhaps, yeah."

However, the 38-year-old added she would "probably have a nervous breakdown" if she discovered she was expecting Fiennes' child.

Robertson was last week (ends23FEB07) sacked by Australian national airline Qantas as a result of the incident.

Saint Hotness Is In Africa

Actress ANGELINA JOLIE arrived in Africa yesterday (25FEB07) in her role as United Nations Goodwill Ambassador to monitor and raise awareness of the humanitarian crisis in the Darfur region of Sudan.

The TOMB RAIDER star touched down in N'Djamena in neighbouring Chad because she cannot travel into Darfur itself, due to the violent conditions there.

Jolie is expected to remain in the region for a few days, in her first trip there since 2004. She is due to visit refugee camps near the border of Sudan.

On Friday (23FEB07), the 31-year-old was also elected to join the Council On Foreign Relations, an international think-tank also including US Secretary Of State CONDOLEEZZA RICE.

KFed And Sons Visit Mommy Brit Brit

Britney Spears received a welcome visit from her two sons and their father over the weekend.

The singer is currently undergoing rehabilitation treatment in Malibu, and was pleased to see estranged husband Kevin Federline turn up to the centre last Friday, February 23.

The dancer-cum-rapper returned the following day with the couple's sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Spears has been in rehab for six days now, although this current stint is her third attempt in two weeks.

Kimberly Walther kept quiet until tonight on "The Insider". She will finally talk about the drama. In the meantime, here's an excerpt of the interview:

On Dannielynn:

“I hope I’m given [the opportunity to tell baby DANNIELYNN about her mother one day]. I just want her to know that her mom really was an amazing person, and loved her, and I would like to tell her the good things, you know?”

On her relationship with Anna Nicole:

“We kinda just hit it off and became friends … she was like a mom to me at times, and a sister and a best friend.”

On Anna Nicole’s plan to have more children:

“She wanted five more kids and she had whole chests full of girl clothes that she had been saving over the years.”

On who Anna Nicole thought the father was:

“She told me she didn’t know who the father was. She told me, let’s see — I guess around Christmastime or shortly after New Year’s — that HOWARD [K. STERN] was the baby’s father.”

On whether or not Anna Nicole was high during her will signing:

“I haven’t recently read the will, so I can’t really say what’s in there. I do know that at the time she signed it, she was sound, mind and body, and that’s what she had intended.”

On Howard K. Stern:

“I would never think that he would do anything to harm either Daniel or Anna. Anna was his entire world. I can’t even imagine what he’s going through. I know what I’m going through is hard, but Howard, he’s been with her for these last couple of years that I haven’t been there, and I really wish people would leave him alone.”

Brad And Angie To Adopt

Reuters is reporting that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, now happily living in New Orleans as Brad shoots "The Curious Case of Benjamin Buttons," have filed paperwork to adopt a boy from Vietnam, according to Vietnamese and American press reports.

The pair have three children already, adopted Maddox, 5, Zahara, 2, and their natural born child, Shiloh, 9 months.

A source in Vietnam tells US Weekly the couple have filed papers with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration services to adopt a boy from the Tam Binh orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City, which they visited in November.

According to Reuters, Jolie said recently, "If we're going to have 10 kids, we'd like to raise them while we're young."

Jolie is still grieving the death of her very young mother, lovely Marcheline Bertrand, who passed recently after fighting Ovarian cancer.

Jolie's emotional distress has resulted in a noticeable weight loss. The 5-foot-8 star now weighs 109 pounds, says a source close to the couple. "She isn't eating."

Jolie, 31, is also "very lonely and desperate to make new friends," the source tells Us.

For now, she has been importing a support system by flying in old childhood friends from LA.

The source adds: "Brad has been worried about her day and night. She has been under so much stress, and Brad is trying to be understanding."

"Sick Litte" Britney

Britney Spears' father is concerned about his daughter - saying she is a "sick little girl".

As the troubled singer checked into rehab for the third time this week, Britney's dad, Jamie Spears, opened up about the family's increasing worry for her wellbeing.

Jamie said: "We've got a sick little girl - we're just trying to take care of her."

Britney checked into California's Promises Malibu Treatment Center on Tuesday (20.02.07), but quit in the early hours of Wednesday (21.02.07), before later checking in again on the same day.

Britney, 25, was spotted visiting a top Los Angeles lawyer on Wednesday following reports her ex, Kevin Federline, had requested an emergency custody hearing over their two sons, Sean Preston, 17 months, and Jayden James, five months.

Later in the day, Britney drove to Kevin's home - where he was looking after their children - only to get no answer when she rung the door bell.

Witnesses then saw the star attack a photographer with an umbrella, which she also used to hit a parked car near Kevin's home, which she believed belonged to photographers.

An eye witness said: "She ran at the guy as he took her picture and kept swinging the umbrella at him. It hadn't been so sad it would have been like a comedy sketch."

Judge Makes A Decision On Anna Nicole's Body

Judge Larry Seidlin has decided that Anna Nicole Smith's body be given to Richard Milstein (Court appointed lawyer for Dannielyn aka Guardian). Birkhead, Stern and Arthur must work together with Milstein to determine where she would be buried.

He strongly recommended that Anna Nicole be buried "next to her son." The guardian will make the decision as to the final resting place of Anna.
The last witness was Daniel's father. Of course Stern's lawyer goes crazy saying "how do we know it's him, I've never met him, he hasn't been involved with his son since he was an infant!"

Judge's reaction was more in line with oh well, too bad, too sad but we're calling the father.
So they got the father on the line. The father admitted that he hasn't seen Daniel since 1988 but spoke with him in 1996. When questioned about where Anna Nicole should be buried, he said "with Daniel".

After which... the judge started ranting about everyone being misunderstood... yada yada yada.... everyone is motivated because of money.... that he was going to make a decision in a few minutes to surprise everyone....that he doesn't think anyone is really bad...yada yada yada
Then the doctor arrived and he continued ranting for a bit... He tells the family that he has thought about this, and it's very hard because he too has cried for ANS. The judge says that the family needs to get in a jurisdiction and submit the DNA of Larry & howard and do whats right by Dannilynn, no more bologna. He also knows that Anna Nicole wants to be in the same ground with her son. After which he told them that he'll be back in 15 minutes with the decision and that he hopes everyone will respect it.
