Tom Cruise Buys The Beckhams

TOM Cruise has targeted Posh Spice as his latest convert to Scientology.

Mission: Impossible star Cruise was a key player in luring David Beckham to Los Angeles to sign a megabucks soccer deal.

Now The New York Daily News reports that Tom and wife Katy Holmes have been sending Victoria Beckham sheafs of Scientology literature which she has "eagerly accepted".

Posh is also signed to appear as an alien bride in The Thetan, a movie backed by Cruise based on the church's doctrine.

The paper also reported that the Cruises are lining up meetings for the Beckhams with movie moguls including Steven Spielberg.
