Lane Garrison Pleads Guilty

TMZ reports that Lane Garrison pleaded guilty during a very emotional court session.

He pleaded guilty to one count of vehicular manslaughter which is a felony and one count of felony DUI with bodily injury. He also admitted that his blood alcohol level was over .15 and this could increase his possible 5 years and 8 months in prison with another 8 months.

Garrison's high-powered lawyer, Harland Braun, tells TMZ absolutely no sentencing deal has been struck. Braun says, "Lane fully expects to go to prison or jail," adding, "it's very unusual for anyone in our society to accept responsibility for anything."

Hear that Paris?????

I feel bad for Lane...... perhaps he could also get a reduced sentence for good behavior.... like he did show up for court and admitted his wrong doings..... how about Lane serves 23-day and Paris 5 years and 8 months? Isn't that justice? Well to me it is.

Can't wait for June 5th.
