Sasha and Malia Obama started their first day of school at Sidwell Friends School in Washington D.C. today.

Mom Michelle took the girls in a Secret Service motorcade with multiple SUVs and a police escort. Daddy Barack stayed back, tending to Presidential-Elect duties.

Tuition fees at Sidwell Friends — the same Quaker academy where Chelsea Clinton studied — are said to be nearly $30 000 for each girl.
