Sienna Miller seems to have finally parted ways with married oil heir and actor Balthazar Getty. And now, the actress has reportedly set her sights on movie hunk Josh Hartnett.

According to sources, Miller flew to Hartnett’s bedside in New York when he got a bad tummy bug and nursed him back to health and they chat all the time on the phone.

“Josh and Sienna have a unique bond. They understand each other and I wouldn’t be surprised if a relationship blossomed,” the Mirror quoted a source as saying.

Miller and Getty began dating after they were introduced by the actress’ Edge of Love co-star Matthew Rhys last May.

The relationship led to her being branded a home-wrecker.

A pal said: “Sienna loved being with Balthazar but there was too much baggage and she couldn’t commit to anything more than a few months. They are still good friends.”

Josh Harnett Wins Libel Case

Hollywood actor Josh Hartnett has accepted libel damages of £20,000 over allegations of a "sexual dalliance" in a public area of a London hotel.

The Daily Mirror story alleged that the actor was captured on CCTV footage with a woman in the library of a Soho hotel.

His lawyer Graham Atkins told London's High Court the paper had accepted the allegations were "entirely false".

The 30-year-old, who has been starring in the West End production of Rain Man, will donate the money to charity.

Mr Justice Eady was told that the action had been brought after the publication of a story on 1 September with the headline "Josh Hartnett's saucy CCTV romp".


Mr Atkins said: "The article alleged that the claimant 'took a mystery lady' to the Soho Hotel in London and that 'their steamy shenanigans were caught on CCTV'."

He added: "It further alleged that 'dumbstruck' and 'cringing hotel workers saw all of Josh's X-rated moves' which resulted in the Soho Hotel asking the claimant 'to take his personal business elsewhere in the future'."

Mr Atkins said the article had caused "hurt, embarrassment and distress" to "a serious young actor who conducts himself in an appropriate and professional manner at all times".

Victoria Jolliffe, for the Mirror, said the paper hoped "the record will have been set straight and the claimant's reputation restored".

"The defendant offers its apologies to the claimant for any distress, hurt and embarrassment caused by the article," she said.

Hollywood actor Josh Hartnett was reportedly spotted enjoying another intimate evening in London with British star Sienna Miller - fueling rumors they are dating.

Hartnett is currently living in the English capital while he stars in the new West End production of Rain Man. The pair is said to have enjoyed a secret date last week at the exclusive Shoreditch House members' bar in East London, according to The London Paper.

A source tells the publication, "They definitely looked like a couple - and a good looking one at that! At one point, they were holding hands across the table, but they quickly hid them underneath. They looked really cozy as they dined, gazing into each other's eyes, smiling and laughing. They continued talking and drinking until very late into the evening - there was definitely a buzz in the air."

The pair was previously spotted together two weeks ago at an event in West London, shortly after Miller confirmed her recent split from married actor Balthazar Getty, who she began dating in June.

Sienna Miller and Josh Hartnett were spotted getting cosy at a Los Angeles hotel on Tuesday night (16.01.07).

The 'Factory Girl' actress and the 'Pearl Harbour' hunk were seen laughing and behaving intimately in the living-room area of Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hotel.

A source told People magazine: "They sat side-by-side on a couch laughing and chatting for about an hour.

"Then they were joined by a girlfriend of Sienna's but they kept flirting.

"Sienna stood in front of Josh while he was still sat down and he held onto her thigh."

The group eventually retired to the hotel's poolside to drink cocktails.
