Kristen Stewart is being bombarded with hate mail — because angry Twilight fans believe she has been cheating on Robert Pattinson!


Female followers of the hugely popular vampire franchise have accused Stewart of two-timing Rob with Michael Angarano.


“Kristen has had letters from girls who don’t think she’s treating Rob fairly because she’s dating Michael Angarano,” a source told the National Enquirer.


“The fans love Rob, and they love the idea of Kristen and Rob romancing off-screen. But they don’t like the idea that she might be hurting their favorite young actor by stringing him along while she is still dating Michael.”


“The letters, which are being sent to the studio, accuse Kristen of being heartless by dating both guys.”

However, sources close to Kristen insist the actress and Pattinson aren’t really an item.


“Kristen cares very much for Michael,” said the insider, “but she also has a crush on Rob. And while Michael wishes Kristen would get over Rob, he isn’t ready to pull the plug on their relationship.”


“Michael knows that Kristen and Rob still have two more Twilight movies to do together, so anything can happen between them. And while he hopes he ends up with her, he knows he might lose her to his rival.”

“Meanwhile, Kristen hates that fans are upset with her. She wants them to know she genuinely cares for both Rob and Michael — and doesn’t want to hurt either.”

“Kristen hopes fans will understand how she feels and stop sending her hate mail.”

Oh Dear.... Twilight Mania!!!!!

Rob began shooting around 8:30 a.m. today. He was greeted by hordes of photographers and dozens of adoring female fans from nearby New York University.

RadarOnline.com reports that on teen fan got a little over eager and grabbed Robert. While the Twilight star walked up and down Washington Square East for the scene, 15-year-old Krystal Zamora decided it was now or never to meet Rpattz.

Krystal, from Manhattan's Upper East Side, told RadarOnline.com: "As Rob was about to shoot a scene, I knew this was my only chance to talk to him. So I just walked out in front of him -- I was directly in his path.

"For a second, I thought he might be arrogant because of all his fame. But he wasn't at all! He looked at me and smiled -- and I asked him if he could sign my copy of New Moon.

"He autographed it and just smiled at me. I was really scared I'd get kicked out, especially since his bodyguard was standing right there and there's lots of cops here. So I ran off before I could ask him anything else."

The casualties of being Robert Pattinson. I'm just glad no one was hurt.

Poor baby having to deal with all those screaming girls. I'm thinking that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are going to thank Robert Pattinson for attending the 2009 Cannes Film Festival so some of the heat is taken off them.

The busy British actor stopped by Cannes to talk up the sequel and catch a movie or two. Pattinson said he's still getting used to the fact that people know him wherever he goes.

"It is still strange," Pattinson said Tuesday. "I just don't get the immediate-recognition thing. I was at the Frankfurt airport yesterday, and people just immediately know who you are. It's never, 'Are you ...?' It's just like, 'Can I have a photo?'"

While at Cannes, Pattinson said he planned to see Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds, which is in the festival's main competition.

He said he has four days of shooting left in Italy next week on New Moon, the sequel based on Stephenie Meyers' best-sellers about a high school girl (Kristen Stewart) who falls for Pattinson's immortally young vampire.

As for fans disrupting the film's shoots so far. According to Rob it really hasn't been a problem. "They had tons of security, but then at the end of the day actually, hardly anyone knew where we were shooting," Pattinson said. "I'm walking around with, like, three guys following me around all the time, and no one ever turned up. There was never any infiltrators."

The close bond formed by the on-screen vampire family headed up by Peter Facinelli's Carlisle Cullen exists off-camera as well. And that includes some brotherly roughhousing that took place between fictional brothers Robert Pattinson and burly Kellan Lutz.

According to Lutz, when a scene called for him to tackle RPattz, the former high school football star revealed, "I didn't go out of my way to hurt him, but there is Rob, trotting along, and bang!"

As Edward Cullen's vampire father Dr. Carlisle Cullen, Peter Facinelli took a much gentler approach in his scenes with Rob. Twilight Treasury reveals that while shooting the scene in which Facinelli bites Ed to make him immortal, he first whispered, "I'm sorry," followed by "Be reborn my son," on the second take. Finally, Peter started telling the tween heartthrob, "Rob, you're so sexy!"

Okay, I read all four books and yes, I did but and watched the movie this weekend. Personally, the movie was pretty much okay and the book was okay too. One thing I have to say is that Bella is such a whiner....ugh!!! So anyways....

The blonde hotel heiress stunned guests at a lavish Oscars bash by dragging the 'Twilight' star outside for some time alone after asking her younger sister Nicky to help track him down.

Friends of the 28-year-old socialite - including her ex-boyfriend Benji Madden and sisters Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen - were left stunned by her aggressive flirting with the handsome British actor.

After scanning Patrick Whitesell's Hollywood party for her crush, Paris and Robert were spotted "giggling and in deep conversation" for an hour before she reportedly led him into the garden away from the gaze of onlookers.

Paris recently admitted she fell for the 22-year-old hunk after she watched his latest movie, in which he plays a vampire.

She said: "I saw 'Twilight' and I have to say that I think Robert is a beautiful man and an amazing actor. He's fabulous!"

As if there wasn't enough romantic angst to go around already, the Taylor Swift/Joe Jonas/Camilla Belle love triangle seems to have roped in another player.

Making a perfect square is 22-year-old Twilight star Robert Pattinson, already rumored to be a "friend" of the 10,000 B.C. actress, also 22.

Photos obtained exclusively by Celebuzz show a bubbly Belle on a day date Sunday with Pattinson in Venice, California.

The casually dressed pair hit Three Square Bakery on Abbot Kinney Boulevard for a spot of lunch and, from the looks of it, some serious quality time.

The two laughed together and strolled the popular street (a haunt to local celebs like Julia Roberts). Pattinson showed some chivalry with little things like opening and closing Belle's car door.
