"I'm doing fine." That's Reese Witherspoon, assuring In Touch that all is well in the wake of her breakup from Ryan Phillippe. "I'm getting out a little more now," the Oscar winner explained at the Kennedy Center Honors on Dec. 3. "You'll be seeing more of me." According to the mag, Witherspoon is still in regular communication with her estranged hubby, but they only discuss their doppelganger tykes, Ava, 7, and Deacon, 3. "She's being civil to him, but she's built walls," a "pal" shares with the mag. And despite those inevitable rumors of her budding friendship with current "Rendition" co-star Jake Gyllenhaal, she's not ready to date, says another mole, who insists, "It's a million miles away from her thoughts."

K-Fed... Who?

Britney Spears dumped him and his debut album bombed, but Kevin Federline says he's doing "great." "I am good, I am great, you know ... just moving along, progressing and taking it all in stride," the 28-year-old aspiring rapper tells "E! News" in an interview that was to air Wednesday night.

Spears, 25, filed for divorce last month after two years of marriage. She and Federline have a 1-year-old son, Sean Preston, and an infant son, Jayden James, who was born Sept. 12. Spears is seeking custody of both children, with visitation rights for Federline.

Federline, who is seeking spousal support and sole custody of his sons with Spears, says he's a family man and "that is the truth ... in all honesty, that is what it is."

He is also the father of a 4-year-old daughter, Kori, and a 2-year-old son, Kaleb, with actress Shar Jackson. They dated before he became involved with Spears.

Meanwhile, the media is giving the club-hopping Federline a tough time.

"I laugh a little bit about it you know," he said. "I don't take it too seriously. Those are people who don't really know who I am."

His debut album, "Playing With Fire," sold a dismal 6,500 copies in its first week of release. The CD was released Oct. 31.

When asked about it, Federline says he's "working it slowly, still trying to get out there and do more stuff ... I got a lot of options on the table right now."

His New Year's resolution?

To be "a little bit wiser, a little bit stronger."

Heather Mills Is A Cheap Bitch

Heather Mills has taken the extraordinary step of representing herself in court to reduce mounting legal bills in her divorce from Sir Paul McCartney.

Ms Mills has dispensed with barristers charging as much as £15,000 a day in her latest legal action against McCartney.

The decision to go it alone in one aspect of the divorce has raised eyebrows among the legal profession.

Although her final legal bill could be as high as £1 million, Ms Mills is likely to receive at least £20 million - and as much as £100 million - in the battle for the former Beatle's estimated £825 million fortune.

Ms Mills, 38, represented herself in the High Court last week and in applications to keep Sir Paul out of her home and to gain access to his.

The case is being heard by Mrs Justice Baron, one of the most eminent family law judges in the country.

A source close to Ms Mills said: "She has to be careful about the size of the legal bills and by representing herself she is able to cut down on the costs."

Yet Another "Irreconcilable Differences"

Nearly two weeks after Reese Witherspoon announced her separation from Ryan Phillippe, the actress has filed for divorce. In Wednesday's filing, Witherspoon cites "irreconcilable differences" and seeks physical custody of the couple's two children — 7-year-old Ava and 3-year-old Deacon.

Witherspoon, 30, also seeks visitation for Phillippe, 32, and "exclusive use of the family residence." Witherspoon also asked for the court to terminate its ability to award spousal support to Phillippe.

I feel bad for this couple. They are so like perfect thus I won't be nasty, not that I have been mostly.

One day after Britney Spears filed for divorce from husband Kevin Federline, the fledgling rapper responded on Wednesday with court papers seeking spousal support and custody of their two children.

Federline, 28, submitted his response in Los Angeles Superior Court, the same courthouse where Spears, 24, suddenly filed for divorce on Tuesday after two years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

The court papers show that, two months after the birth of their second son, both Spears and Federline were prepared to fight over custody of the children in what could be a bitter divorce proceeding.

WTF? I knew he was going to do this..... I mean come on!!! He was so totally using the Britster for money and his personal gain. God!!! Why can't this guy be a man for a change!!! I guess he figured that his rapping career is nil and best way to make money to out of the Britster. Dude, you are a fucking LOSER!!!!!! Damn, this is going to be ugly.

The Pre-Nup Details of K-Fed and Britney

K-Fed won’t touch a penny of Britney’s money. All the millions belonging to Britney will stay that way.

The mansion will be divided 50/50.

Any gift given worth over $10,000 will go back to the original purchaser. This includes a custom-built motorcycle Brit gave K-Fed for Christmas 2 years ago.

She will still support him for a little while longer. Brit will pay Kevin $30,000 a month for the period of time that is half the length of their marriage. Meaning he’ll be well sneakered until at least a year from now.

Spears won’t pay child support. Federline is still responsible for supporting his other two children with previous baby momma Shar Jackson. Luckily, Britney should be able to put food on the table for at least another 200,000 more years.

Regardless, K-Fed still made good considering it was only a two-year investment for him....

Just A Thought On Britney and K-Fed

Could this be a publicity stunt? But then again, I'm sure this will not help sell K-Fed's CDs and Britney doesn't have an album to promote.

Is Britney taking a cue from Whitney Houston? Remember PPL, everyone rejoiced when Whitney finally decided to divorce that husband of her thus could this be just a sympathy ploy on Brit? Everyone forgot all the bad pictures of Whitney and are so hopeful that she'll make a big comeback soon.

Could this divorce thing with Britney just a way of warning K-Fed? We all know he's been partying like crazy and god knows what else. Is this a ploy to straigthen K-Fed out and make him an honest husband?

But then again, this is just me and my conspiracy theory. I really would not believe this divorce think until it's like really really really final.

TMZ has learned Kevin Federline may fight Britney Spears for custody of his children. Federline has not had much time to react to Spears' decision to end the marriage, and that's because she didn't tell him in advance that she was filing for divorce. Federline was caught flatfooted when TMZ broke the story Tuesday that Britney filed legal papers in L.A. County Superior Court.

Spears has asked for sole custody of the couple's two small children. TMZ is told Federline is thinking of challenging that, even though Spears has functioned as the primary, if not sole parent, as Federline tours the country hawking his CD.

Federline almost certainly cannot challenge the prenup. Sources say hotshot divorce lawyer Laura Wasser drafted an air-tight prenuptial agreement before the couple married. So Federline's only chance of cashing in is by mounting an ugly custody fight, trying to force a more lucrative settlement. But friends of Spears say Britney will fight a holy war to prevent Federline from getting custody and, given his track record -- or lack of it -- with the kids, it would appear Spears has the clear advantage.

TMZ Reports:

Britney Spears has filed a petition for divorce from Kevin Federline. Spears filed legal papers today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing “irreconcilable differences.” In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple’s two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights.

Britney has hired Laura Wasser as her lawyer. Wasser has defended Angelina Jolie and Nick Lachey.

Now, this was expected!!!!! Finally!!!!! Geez.... she probably couldn't deal with his music and his sorry ass.
