No Jail Time For Pete

British rock star Pete Doherty has been fined 770 pounds (1,144 euros or 1,523 dollars) and banned from driving for four months for possessing illegal drugs, including crack cocaine and heroin.

The 27-year-old Babyshambles frontman was sentenced at Thames Magistrates Court in east London Monday after pleading guilty to counts of possessing heroin, cocaine and crack cocaine, and to two counts of possessing cannabis.

It like WTF???!!! That is not really a good message they're trying to say.... So to all addict, head to the UK were they tend to brush off possession of any drugs as nothing like having aspirin in your pocket.

Kate or Drugs: An Ultimatum To Pete

Kate Moss is furious that Pete Doherty is back in with his old junkie crew. She sees them as a bad influence and has offered her lover an ultimatum: “Stop seeing them or you’re dumped.”

Kate — who has stopped wearing the ring Doherty gave her — has had enough of his recent self destructive behaviour, which includes being arrested at the weekend.

One pal tells us: “He’s one step away from ripping the implant which helps him stay off heroin out of his arm and going back on the smack.”

The friend said Kate hasn’t always seen eye-to-eye with Pete’s band, Babyshambles, “but they are united on this”.

Doherty has started hanging around with two notoriously bad influences on him. One, known as The General, “looked after” Pete when he spent two months in Pentonville for burglary last year. The second is musician Peter Wolfe, known as Wolfman.

Geez.... dump the druggie already....

You're A Bad Influence Rachel Zoe

US Magazine reports:

Nicole Richie is cleaning out her closet. Us has learned that, on November 14, the Simple Life star axed her personal stylist (and close confidante) of more than two years, Rachel Zoe. The reason? The size-0 Richie, 25, “wanted to surround herself with positive people and influences,” an insider says.

Apparently that didn’t include the controversial fashionista, 35, who has long been accused of promoting unhealthy body images (her roster of stick-thin clients includes Mischa Barton and Lindsay Lohan, both 20).

“Nicole didn’t trust Rachel anymore,” a Richie pal says of the firing. “Zoe didn’t take the news well.”

Zoe’s rep denies this, adding that the split was amicable.

In her place, Richie has hired Cristina Ehrlich – who has dressed Jessica Biel and Penelope Cruz – to pick an outfit for the November 21 American Music Awards, where the actress has been asked to introduce a performance by dad Lionel Richie.

Sooooooo Nicole found a better dealer? Anyways, I swear Zoe needs major botox treatment. Oh hell, she need a major nip/tuck done on her face.

Kate Moss Cancels Wedding

Pete Doherty was arrested yesterday (November 18) for crack cocaine possession. Police stopped the Babyshambles singer as he was driving a Jaguar at 8.20am in London’s Bethnal Green district. Doherty was arrested on suspicion of possession crack cocaine. There were two other passengers in the car who were also arrested and later bailed, reports the BBC. All three were released from Bethnal Green police station pending analysis of "substances recovered", a spokesman said. Doherty was later released on police bail until December. The singer is due in court later this month over previous drugs sentencing.

Here We Go Again... Anna Nicole Smith

TMZ Reported that Anna Nicole's true baby daddy is Larry Birkhead. In a sealed court documents filed, a woman, Laurie Payne, who spent considerable time with Anna Nicole during he pregnancy said that she confessed to her in phone calls and instant messages that Larry Birkhead is the father of her baby girl.

Payne also said that Smith also told her that she had a miscarriage prior to Dannielynn, also fathered by Birkhead.

Payne alleges in her declaration that Anna Nicole was taking methadone and Xanax in May, 2006, during her pregnancy. She says that she actually administered pills to Smith from a bottle marked "Methadone" and that she "personally observed" Smith taking "a rather high dose of Xanax" around the same time. Smith's son Daniel is believed to have had a lethal combination of methadone, in addition to prescription anti-depressants in his system when he died Sept. 10.

As for Howard K. Stern, Smith's lawyer who is listed as the baby's father on her birth certificate, Payne says Anna Nicole Smith herself said he wasn't the father. Payne says in her declaration: "I asked her why she did not just go into a relationship with Stern, to which (Anna Nicole) responded, 'EWWW...GROSS!!! No way!! I would never!'"

According to the declaration, during Christmas, 2005, Stern began to tease Anna Nicole's son Daniel "about being a 19-year-old virgin." Payne says, "....Daniel looked at Stern and stated, 'I don't know why you're worried about me, you've been around my mother for 12 years and haven't had any p*ssy either."

I swear this will be the last time I post anything about her and her continuing drama.... it's like enough already!!!!! I still think some killed Daniel.

It Kate Moss' Fault

Kate Moss has been criticised by the Colombian Vice President over her alleged cocaine use. Francisco Santos said stars who use the class A substance are financing his country's violent civil conflict. He said it was "baffling" that the supermodel had won so many new contracts after being accused of using the drug.

The official said: "Cocaine not only destroys you, it also destroys a country."

Okay, let say I agree with the Columbian Vice President but in some level it also support your failing economy. Am I right here? You know I am.
